Easter and Summer Programmes We offer two, three and four week full board residential programmes to young learners from the ages of 7 - 12 and 13 - 17. In the mornings, students study English as a Foreign Language (EFL) and British Culture. In the afternoons, International and English students choose two subjects to study from a wide selection of creative and active workshops where students study a subject through the medium of English. Subjects include: • Art • Animation • Business & Marketing • Computer Club • Creative Writing • Dance • Drama • Film Making • Glass & Ceramic Art • Jewellery Design • Photography • Pottery • Public Speaking • Textiles International students are also joined by students from the UK who join in both the lessons and extra curricular activities. This is a fantastic way of encouraging international students to practise their English and also to form lasting relationships. There is also a full social, sports and excursion programme which keeps students busy from morning to night!

Guardianship It is a legal requirement that all students whose parents are living outside the UK be assigned a guardian. UK2Learn has over 5 years experience of caring for students from all over the world. UK2Learn’s guardianship experience is unique as Suzie Mackie personally oversees the service and assumes full responsibility. Suzie also takes great pride in knowing each of her students personally, which ensures that all students are in safe, professional, and above all, caring hands.

Immersion Programme UK2Learn works closely with a number of prestigious state and boarding schools throughout the UK which provide a fantastic experience for an international student to be totally immersed within the British education system. With students either living in the school or accommodated with a host family close by, this programme is becoming increasingly popular. These programmes run from a minimum of 2 weeks up to a full school year. Students will be teamed with an ‘English speaking friend’ and will join in lessons and activities exactly as the UK students do.

Internships
Royal Connections
UK2Learn offers tailor made internship programmes for university students. UK2Learn has established robust partnerships within the leisure and hospitality industry and for the last 4 years has been working closely with Bangkok University to secure internships with a number of prestigious placements such as Champneys Spa resorts, Holiday Inn Hotels and many more.
HRH Prince Michael of Kent is patron of the Oxford Quality programme, provided in partnership with RELOD and UK2Learn, which aims to help educational institutions in Russia provide better quality education in English.
These programmes are divided into academic and practical workshops, and industrial placements, and therefore enable students to apply their knowledge to the work place whilst also gaining new skills.
In 2009 UK2Learn had the great honour of welcoming HRH to the programme celebrations where he enjoyed meeting students, teachers and parents. HRH fully supports the aims and objectives of the programmes.

Mothers’ Programme For parents wishing to accompany their child to the UK, we highly recommend the UK2Learn Mothers’ programme; an interesting, challenging and popular itinerary of activities which run concurrently to the students’ Easter and Summer programmes. English conversation classes are offered plus a wide and varied range of master classes and talks.These include; Garden Design, English cooking, Sugar Craft, flower arranging and British Etiquette. The programme also offers excursions to London, Portsmouth, Oxford and Brighton to name but a few.

We also invite local UK students to join our international students during the Easter and Summer Programmes. They are encouraged to study and play alongside the international students, joining the active English lessons such as Art & Photography, Drama, Dance etc., as well as the sporting and social activities. They also have the opportunity to study a foreign language - Russian, Italian, French, Thai, Korean to name but a few!

Sugar Craft A fantastic new opportunity to study Sugarcraft on an intensive residential course taught by Jane Hatton, one of the country’s leading baker and sugarcraft experts. Students will enjoy professional tuition about the many aspects of sugar craft. The courses are suitable for any level of skill, from beginners to the more advanced.
