Introduction We are delighted to present our latest online catalogue featuring a superb collection of antique vases that have been mounted as lamps. The collection includes everything from Japanese Imari vases to Dutch Delft examples, and each piece has been selected for its stylistic and decorative qualities. We have also included a series of modern vases that are ideal for contemporary interiors. With all of these lamps, we would be happy to assist in providing silk, linen, or card lampshades. Each of the lamps can be wired for use worldwide prior to shipment.

A Pair of Chinese Canton Enamel Vases The vases Chinese, mid 19th century A very fine pair of Chinese mid 19th century Canton enamel vases, beautifully hand-painted with large principal panels depicting courtly or domestic scenes with figures shown amongst buildings, a similar smaller panel of each of the necks, the remainder of the vases decorated throughout with stylised flowers and foliage, mounted to the necks with fantastic gilded dragons and phoenix birds. A Pair of Chinese Canton Enamel Vases The vases Chinese, mid 19th century A very fine pair of large Chinese mid 19th century Canton enamel vases, each beautifully painted in the typical fashion, with panels depicting scenes of courtly and domestic life, and further panels with birds, butterflies and flowers - each on a white ground. Each panel surrounded by a profusion of green and gilt decoration with further stylised flowers and decorative motifs. The rim of each vase beautifully shaped with a lobed detail. The necks mounted with gilded dogs of Fo and dragons. The vases with gilt highlights throughout. Now mounted as lamps with hand-gilded turned bases.
