To effectively communicate locally and internationally with our customers, we partner with several media outlets to support our brand image. Currently, Macrobaby brand is in: 6 Billboards in the Orlando Metro areas Ads on 6 magazines 2 local newspapers Industry Tradeshow Participation Digital Influencer Marketing Along with the tradicional media, Macrobaby has found its space and built a loyal and strong audience of near 1.6m subscribers, likes and followers distributed on its social media pages and online channels.
MacroBaby is known as “The celebrities favorite store.” Every year we receive 100 to 200 famous celebrities at the store.
Richard obtained his master’s degree in Psychology and Business from the University of Central Florida before reaching success and building his empire. His family business background was also crucial for his achievement. “Since I was 10 years old, I was already helping my family factory and seeing how everything worked. I’ve learned a lot about everything there, from production to sales”, he tells. Macrobaby is now a large retail store, with more than 40,000 products and 900 of the most popular brands in the market. As an entrepreneur, Richard knows what it takes to sell a product and understands deeply about the products he offers at MacroBaby. He also cares a lot about his employees, many of whom have been working with him from the beginning of the company. “We are a real family and I think this shows the kind of service we offer: personalized, professional, and innovative, which is very different from some other stores I’ve visited when shopping for my own children.” MacroBaby is a subsidiary of Marco Corporation, which also owns six other brands and employs over 500 people. At the end of 2017, the holding company achieved gross sales of $20 million. With these results and a strong infrastructure, Richard Harary, CEO of Marco Corporation, plans to expand his businesses throughout the United States and increase his market share.
STORE FLOOR PLAN The ideal location for this business will be close to a high traffic area with easy access and close to parking spaces; The location should have a 15k Sq ft Minimum and a Maximum of 25K Sq ft space that will be divided in different spaces, Dolls’ Maternity, 4D Ultrasound and Daddy’s Lounge, as well as a stroller all terrain test space. Depending on the store size availability we will need to take storage space in consideration, either in loco or on a separate warehouse location. There must be a dock space to unload the merchandise coming in A location close to the tourist area would be preferred and a space where we could paint the exterior to the store colors, pink and blue.
MARKETING PLAN We will have a dedicated Marketing Plan for the specific store that will involve: • Billboards • Brochures for the doctors’ offices in the area • Facebook ads featuring the location • PPC ads specifically for the location • Local Digital Influencers • Grand Opening Event: - Bringing in local media, - Digital Influencers and Industry Vendors and Partners MARKETING STRUCTURE All Marketing will be scheduled and controlled by our HeadQuarters' Marketing Managers

We plan to send a couple of people from our headquarters' team to find the ideal Store Manager and hire the Staff. The Manager and Supervisors will have to come for training in the Orlando location for a least 2 weeks to learn the MacroBaby Experience and service level we provide to our customers. They will be trained using the MacroBaby University Material; STAFF NEEDED: All employees should be bilingual (English/ Spanish or English/ Portuguese)

We have accounts with over 1000 brands from large ones to small ones there’s barely anything in the market that we don’t already have an account with. Orders will be placed by our buying team in the headquarters and shipped directly to the store.
