Soul Chart Report Sun in Pisces

The Pisces individuals have a tendency to live in a dream world of ideals with few worldly ambitions. They can also be prone to pessimism and despondency. These generally stem from painful past lives where the individual tended to blot out the harsh realities of life by resorting to such things as drugs or alcohol or in many cases by taking their own lives. Painful memories from those lives are often carried over into the current life, at the subconscious level, and need to be worked through. On the positive side the Pisces individual is capable of showing deep compassion and sympathy for others. Sometimes that sensitivity can be painful as one becomes acutely aware of one's own and other people's suffering. The sensitivity that results can often drive the Piscean to seek escape from the harshness of life through such avenues as drugs or alcohol. The avoidance of such tendencies is the primary lesson of the Piscean. Using that sensitivity to uplift others through pursuits such as art, poetry, counselling, etc., is one of the best ways for the Piscean to avoid any pessimistic tendencies. The aspect configuration between your Neptune and Sun shows that you are sensitive to the inner voice. The ability to tap into the subconscious levels of your being was developed in previous lifetimes. In this lifetime you can use that source of wisdom for your own and other people's benefit.

Moon in Libra Moon in Libra indicates an early home environment that was characterized by control of emotional excesses, with at least an outward show of tranquillity and harmony. Superficially your early life was smooth and tranquil but beneath the surface there is likely to be some unresolved conflict and turmoil. Since children are far more perceptive than most adults realize, it is certain that a child in such a tightlycapped situation will pick up from the early home life a feeling that home and marriage require an absolute control of the conflict urges within, regardless of the cost. However, energies not allowed to release naturally will ground out in some less healthy manner. If there are strongly felt inner conflicts it would be very beneficial to work through these with the help of spiritually based counsellors who work in this field.

Mercury in Pisces Your configuration for Mercury indicates that the ability to think clearly and be positive mentally is strongly affected by your emotional states. With this placement if the emotions go well then the mind functions positively, however if emotional problems arise the mind tends to be preoccupied with pessimistic thoughts, excessive worry, dwelling on the past, daydreaming, etc. Excessive emotionalism creates turbulence in the mind which saps one's energy and prevents us from being able to respond creatively in the present moment. It would be advisable to take up some sort of meditation practices, eg traditional Yoga, or whatever appeals to you, which can help to control the emotions. On the positive side this placement shows a sensitive and intuitive mind, which can lead to highly developed psychic and/or artistic abilities. The aspect configuration between your Neptune and Mercury points to poetic abilities and vivid imagination, even a visionary quality. You have the ability to tap into the creative and inspirational levels of the mind. Writing, painting or singing would be good outlets for that creative insight.

Venus in Pisces Your configuration for Venus shows a sympathetic and compassionate love nature, with a tendency to be too emotional where love is concerned. The aspect configuration between your Uranus and Venus points to one who leans towards the unconventional in relationships, particularly loverelationships. At a deeper level, this configuration points to a complex subconscious in which recollections of prior lives as a member of the other sex are as prominent as those lives in the same sex, which can lead to some confusion about sexual identity. By no means does this imply that homosexual urges are present, although this is sometimes the case. Much more commonly, one will find that the individual with this configuration is quite choosy and hard to satisfy in terms of an appropriate partner. This stems from the subconscious awareness of the bisexual nature of the soul and a fear that this nature might bring problems in a physical relationship unless great care is taken in choosing a partner. The way out of this dilemma is to recognise consciously that all souls combine traits of both sexes and that individuals should allow their "other side" to express itself without seeing it as a threat or a sign of "unmanliness" or "unwomanliness". Thus men may wish to expand into the artistic areas or to take an important part in childrearing, while women can allow themselves to be more direct and forceful with others, to seek fulfilment in a career or to express themselves more in physical and sporting activities. By thus nurturing both sides of the inner self, a balance can be struck.

Mars in Cancer Your configuration for Mars gives a strong indication that there was strife and storminess in your early home. The main lesson for one with this placement is not to allow the early home conflicts to be reproduced in the later home life. There is often tendency to seek out a home situation in the mature life which resembles the home that one knew in childhood.

It is difficult to be completely free from our childhood conditioning it takes time, patience and a willingness to develop more positive habits. It is achievable however and the results are well worth the effort.

Jupiter in Gemini Your configuration for Jupiter shows versatility and an abundance of creative mental gifts. There is also likely to be much travel or travel urges. With this placement benefits come through "changing location". If you ever feel in a rut you only need change residence or move to a different city in order to bring about a change for the better.

Saturn in Leo Saturn in Leo usually points to a problem with pride and arrogance. This is not meant as a condemnation of you. We all have egos and are therefore capable of such feelings. Rather the intention is to point out the trouble that such feelings lead to in one's dealings with others. The idea of superiority implies a comparison, if I am to feel superior someone else has to be inferior to me. And no one likes being made to feel inferior. Note: What follows depends more critically on the time of birth. If the birth time is inaccurate some of the following might not be applicable.

ASC in Gemini Gemini Ascendant will give to the selfimage a mental emphasis. The self will be viewed as being quick and alert mentally, as being versatile and creative, as well as being something of a conversationalist or a wit. This Ascendant is often taken up in order to develop a more adaptable and versatile approach to the world, to compensate for overlyrigid beliefs in past lives.

MC in Aquarius With Aquarius at the Midheaven there is usually a tendency to project an image of independent thinking, emotional control and a certain "difference" which others will be hard put to define. One of the main difficulties with this placement is that it tends to suppress the display of affectional urges. It can give the appearance of indifference. The main lesson is to be more expressive of your inner feelings, in the form of sharing.

Sun in House 10 Sun in the tenth house indicates that you have a strong desire to achieve something worthwhile in the world, to make your mark. There is generally a need to engage in work that comes

before the public eye. This tendency is usually built up from past lives of accomplishment. Almost without exception, one with a tenth house Sun will have come under the strong, dominating influence of one of the parents. This relationship will have been responsible for rekindling, in this life, the old urge for worldly success which was assembled in past earth experiences. The main lesson with this placement is the need to learn to be true to one's own inner essence, and not to compromise that truth for the sake of success. Any success gained at the expense of one's peace of mind is not worth the effort. When one spends the major part of one's day on activities that one enjoys doing it more than compensates for the brief glory of success or recognition. Doing what one enjoys promotes creativity and excellence, which usually lead to recognition anyway.

Moon in House 5 The house placement for the Moon shows that you have a strong romantic nature, which can however be inconsistent. Partners come and go, and much "love activity" will often be observed. The main significance of this placement however is in relation one's children and parents, especially the mother. Indeed, it is the whole notion of motherhood which most strongly emerges from this lunar placement. It points to a "distance" between one's children or one's mother, or both, either physical or just psychological. This state of affairs generally comes about because the person with this placement has in past lives tended to overemphasize the "loveaffair" relationship at the expense of the other main areas where love should manifest, i.e. the children and the parents. The main lesson is to try, if possible, to develop that closeness with your mother or children that has been rejected in previous lives in favour of the much more "exiting" pull of the loveaffair. In order to encourage the individual to scale down their emphasis on love affairs, there are arranged many fluctuations in regard to the life of the affections in terms of a partner. Love relationships will form quickly, and as quickly dissolve. Partners will come and go, and much love activity" will be encountered yet without the consistency and constancy of love for which the individual yearns. Very often with this placement there is a karmic link to past lives with the current mother and/or children.

Mercury in House 10 Your house placement for Mercury also usually indicates one who is not particularly satisfied with the role they are playing in life. This usually comes about because of a wish to avoid the burdens and responsibilities that are normally associated with earning a living. As a result problems often arise because of the person's inattention to detail in their job, and can lead to several changes in this area. The main lesson is to accept responsibility and apply oneself in completing tasks.

Venus in House 10 Your house placement for Venus shows a friendly and positive approach towards others. This placement also usually ensures success in the career/role department.

Mars in House 2 Your house placement for Mars suggests that there is present in the makeup a strongly passionate or physical side to the affections. There is a tendency with this placement to view partners as sexual objects first and mates second. Naturally, where this attitude exists, it will lead to difficulties with love partners, until it is realised that relationships are not particularly fulfilling without the emotional/affectional component underpinning them. If necessary, this lesson will be learned through loss of love partners. The loss will continue until it is recognised that sex by itself is an empty experience.

Jupiter in House 1 Your house placement for Jupiter shows a good deal of selfconfidence and optimism. There is usually lots of vitality, with an urge for travel and adventure. The only difficulty with this placement is a tendency to become "too confident" and start to exaggerate the sense of selfimportance.

Saturn in House 4 Your house placement for Saturn shows that you had a difficult early home life. There are usually karmically related problems with the parents. Often the problem is the autocratic nature of one of the parents that causes a great deal of emotional stress. If this describes your situation it would be beneficial for you to create some space for yourself, at least psychologically if not physically. At some stage you will need to break from the past so that you can flower in your own creativity. Sometimes the problem is a physical distance from one of the parents, as opposed to a direct conflict. One of the parents may be lacking altogether. Whatever the exact circumstance, the result of this heaviness in the early life is to make one extremely cautious when it comes to establishing one's own home in adulthood. You need to remember that it is possible to create a home with a lot more freedom, joy and laughter than was likely to have been your lot in early life.

Uranus in House 6 Your house placement for Uranus shows a dissatisfaction with routine of any kind. There is a propensity to rush through detailed chores requiring painstaking effort. As a result mistakes can be made, leading to problems with the demands of work. You would probably do your best work if you could be your own boss.

Pluto in House 5 This section deals with an area that requires major changes in this lifetime. It is a change for which the soul has agreed to undergo pressures promoting a deep seated alteration in one's attitudes, habits or understanding. With your configuration the area of change relates to the concept of fatherhood. Your attitude to the parentchild relationship must be radically changed at some point during the life.
