Hi, I’m David Watson, and like Victor Kiam said in that famous ad about Remington shavers, I loved the product so much I bought the company! I was pleasantly surprised to find out some interesting facts about Madawaska Doors. In fact, Madawaska Doors were seen throughout the mansion in the recent TV reality show about a prominent Rocker and his family. And the former top golfer of the world has Madawaska Doors in his mansions, along with a number of other LA celebrities. Madawaska Doors are hand crafted heirlooms that are the Rolex of doors. I look forward to us gracing your home. Sincerely, CEO

MADAWASKA DOORS - UNIQUE, CUSTOM, SOLID WOOD, DOORS.
• Madawaska Doors are solid wood, hand crafted from select grade lumber using traditional mortise and tenon joinery. You can order a complete pre hang package or the doors can be hung using existing jambs. • Your door can be crafted from one or a combination of wood species. • Each of the door sections can be crafted with solid wood full thickness raised panels, insulated or custom glass, screen or mirror or any combination thereof. • Your selected door style can be made into an interior or exterior door by altering the thickness of the door. • Our brochure presents a variety of design style options and sample doors for each. • Our goal is to stimulate your imagination and help you design the perfect door to say welcome in your own unique way, using our proven methods.
The Anatomy of Madawaska Doors
• 2 parallel stiles and 2 horizontal rails combine to form the basic structure. • Crossers can be added to divide the door area horizontally into sections. • Crosser can be located in a variety of different positions up or down the stile. One or more crossers can be used to create your own unique design. • Uprights divide the door area vertically. • Full uprights go from the bottom rail to the top rail. • Partial uprights go from either rail to a crosser or from crosser to crosser. • One or more full and or partial upright(s) or a combination may be used to create your own unique design. • The term ‘component’ refers generically to stile, rail, crosser, upright or section. • Crossers and uprights can be designed as wide or narrow as you wish. • Curved or diagonal crossers and uprights are also possible. • Full or elliptical curve top available on most styles.
Within this brochure, our door assortment is organized and presented by number of sections and styles within. 1 Crosser = 2 sections; 2 Crossers = 3 Sections etc. We show the basic style ‘skeleton’ and assortment different door designs that can be created using it. Again, you are not limited by the door examples we feature. These are simply what others have done with their imaginations.

EXOTIC OPTIONS
Combine wood species for unique look.
When designing your custom Madawaska Door, you can combine different wood species to accentuate natural grain and colour patterns. EXOTIC: Each individual component or combination can be crafted using any species you wish. MOSAIC: All components are crafted from multiple wood species or different shades of the same species arranged in a staggered pattern. This combination produces a very unique look. RUSTIC MOSAIC: Similar to the Mosaic option, all components are made from multiple wood species or shades but the pattern is not staggered. RUSTIC: Crafted from knotty pine with a greater amount of knots and natural imperfections for enhanced provincial charm. DISTRESSED: Artificially aged wood creates an antique look, aging effect can be mild or extreme. Combination of the above options can be applied to produce a truly ‘original’ door. (Example; Distressed, Mosaic, Exotic)
Embossing Adds Further Character
