Complies with Industry Safety Requirements • The VTMS system is implemented with the industry standard for storage and temperature monitoring. • CDC requirements specify that all monitoring system must be accurate within +/- 0.5°C. This means that you can stop potential problems well before they become a reality.
Avoids Data Contamination • Data contamination can lead to millions of dollars of losses as well as years of research. The VTMS system is designed to take the burden of laborious and human-error prone tasks and automate them with 100% accuracy. • Through the use of the MadgeTech 4 software, the possibility of data contamination is significantly decreased.
Wireless • The VTMS uses two way wireless technology to regulate the access and downloading of important information. This means less time maintaining the data logger and a more efficient use of resources. • Through the use of a “central repository”, critical information can viewed by separate individuals while assuring data integrity. RFTCTemp2000A data logger • The data logger is NIST traceable and ensures that accuracy requirements are met through the use of a thermocouple and glycol bottle. • The data logger also provides an LCD screen for quick temperature readings. As well, a built in audible alarm and visual alert notifies any user if the temperature is moving in an unwanted direction.
Maintains Record of Activity • When using any continual monitoring system it is important to not only raise an alert for emergency systems, but to keep a log of all activity during the night. • The VTMS uses sophisticated data logging software to record even seemingly innocuous events. This can give critical insight when iterating through a problem-set.

Each VTMS system comes installed with a glycol-encased detachable probe. Used alongside the RFTCTemp2000A data logger, it provides buffered temperature readings for avoiding these false alarms.
MadgeTech 4 Software • The VTMS system runs on the MadgeTech 4 software platform, giving it a solid wired backbone and versatile functionality. • The MadgeTech 4 software handles the storage of files, creation of reports, as well as the ability to perform in-depth analysis. The software is also fully customizable for the presentation of important data to clients and investors.
