Spring 2024 MCST PTO Bingo+ Night
HERE ARE THE BINGO RULES AND REGULATIONS:
1. There will be twelve games of Bingo played, with a 15-minute intermission halfway through.
2. The color of the “Board” to be used for each Bingo game, and the bingo pattern, will be announced before the game.
3. Across the top of each game board are the letters B I N G O. Below each number is a set of five (5) numbers in boxes. The Center Space “N” is FREE and has no number. You can mark it off immediately upon the start of a game.
4. The OBJECTIVE OF BINGO is to have your letters/numbers called and marked off in a straight line of five numbers either horizontally, vertically or diagonally or in a special pattern/sequence as shown in the picture by each game. All games are played in the way they are displayed in pictures. No upside down, sideways, etc.
5. YOU MUST BE ABLE TO SEE EACH NUMBER CALLED – YOU MAY NOT BLACKEN IN ANY SPACES; ALL NUMBERS MUST BE VISIBLE IN ORDER FOR YOUR CARD TO BE CONSIDERED VALID. Paint daubers are sold here for your convenience at the ticket table for $2.
6. You must listen carefully for the numbers called (they will be repeated) and will be shown on the projector screen as the game progresses.
7. Once your winning combination appears for the type of game being called, you must yell BINGO. The numbers on your card will be verified. If all your numbers are correct, you win the prize. IF THERE IS MORE THAN ONE WINNER TO A GAME, the value of the prize for that game will be split among each of the winners of the game; pursuant to NJSGC Rules and Regulations. No tie-breakers allowed. PLEASE NOTE: If multiple people call BINGO at the same time, the prize will only be split among those individuals whose card contains the most recently called number.
8. Once a game has been closed, no additional winners can make a claim. All House decisions are final with regard to BINGO and daub winners.
9. Persons under the age of 18 years are not permitted to participate in these games of chance.
10. Extra Game Pads may be purchased for $20.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE WITH THE RAFFLE BASKETS:
1. Walk around the basket tables and look for prizes that you would like to win. Put one or more tickets in the tub corresponding with each of those prizes. The more tickets you put in, the better your chances are of winning. Be sure to use the correct color ticket. Basket tickets are GREEN.
2. Do not bend, rip or fold the raffle tickets when placing them in the ticket tubs. Once a ticket is in a container, it cannot be removed. Bent, ripped or folded raffle tickets will be discarded.
3. When it’s time for the drawing, we will dump the tickets for a prize into a bowl, mix them around and draw one. If your ticket stub is chosen, the prize is yours!
4. Persons under the age of 18 years are not permitted to participate in these games of chance.
5. All prizes are given away “as is.” What you see is what you get!
6. We cannot replace lost, stolen or misplaced tickets.
7. Basket raffle tickets may be purchased: Basket Raffle GREEN tickets: 2 tickets = $5; 5 tickets = $10.
8. 50/50 PINK tickets may be purchased: 1 ticket = $5; 3 tickets = $10; 10 tickets = $20.
PLEASE NOTE:
• No one under the age of 18 is permitted to play BINGO, participate in the RAFFLES or 50/50.

The MCST PTO welcomes and thanks all of you for attending this evening’s Bingo+ Night. It has been our privilege and pleasure to produce a fundraising event that we hope you will find both enjoyable and memorable. The proceeds from this evening will benefit the students of the Morris County School of Technology through funding scholarships, teacher grants and school gifts. Together we are creating an environment that helps encourage inquisitive and mindful future leaders!
This fun-filled evening was made possible by the commitment of many dedicated individuals. Months of preparation went into planning this evening, and without the commitment and tireless effort of numerous volunteers, this event would not be a success. The MCST PTO Board and BINGO Night Chair would like to extend our sincere thanks to all our volunteers for sharing their time, creativity and support.
Thank you to the Morris County Vocational and Technical School District Board of Education, Principal Mark Menadier, Administration, and Staff for their continued support of the PTO.
