Each class is centered around a theme of life (Compassion, Strength, Balance), an area of peace work such as Environment, Gender, War, Children, etc., a moral consideration from yoga (eg., Yamas, Niyamas), and a type of yoga (Gentle Flow, Power, Restorative, Yin, and Kundalini).
