The history of LE CRU goes far back. WE HAVE SPENT YEARS DEVELOPING EXACTLY THIS SPECIFIC ASSORTMENT OF TASTY DELICACIES. LE CRU consists of 49 variants such as different types of salt, pesto, oil, tapenade, vinegar, jam, olives, spices and syrup. LE CRU is our way of bringing simple but great cooking into focus, by using delicious ingredients of the very best quality. LE CRU origins from the Southern European cuisine and makes cooking a journey into new tastes and culinary adventures. All LE CRU items are carefully composed by our team of tasting experts and are made with only the very best ingredients. To achieve the true and authentic taste, our delicacies are produced in France, using old traditional methods of production.

LE CRU stuffed sweet potatoes Ingredients 4 large sweet potatoes 1 jar of LE CRU Mayonnaise Chili 1 piece of fresh feta 1 handful of freshly chopped flat-leaf parsley 1 jar of LE CRU Sundried Tomato (choose between Natural or Garlic)

Directions Bake the sweet potatoes in the oven until soft and tender. Cut them lengthwise and fill them with a generous tablespoon of LE CRU Mayonnaise Chilli. Slice the LE CRU Sundried Tomatoes into bite-sized pieces and mix them with the fresh parsley. Add the stuffing to the sweet potatoes and sprinkle with feta.

LE CRU French snack-skewers Ingredients 4 wooden skewers 2 bags of small mozzarella balls 1 jar of LE CRU Olives (choose between Green or Herbes de Provence) 2 pkts of Serrano ham 1 large fresh basil sprig 1 punnet of cherry tomatoes 1 jar of LE CRU Pesto with Sundried Tomatoes & Parmesan

Directions Roast the Serrano ham in a hot pan until crispy and delicious. Then assemble the skewers, starting with basil, mozzarella ball, Serrano ham, and LE CRU Olives. Serve the remaining LE CRU Olives in a small dish with a jar of LE CRU Pesto with Sundried Tomatoes & Parmesan. Hint: Serve with a few slices of delicious toasted bread.

LE CRU crispbread with Tapenade Ingredients 1 dl sesame seeds 1 dl flaxseeds 1 dl sunflower seeds 1 dl pumpkin seeds 1 dl rolled oats 3 dl wheat flour 1 dl LE CRU Olive Oil 1 dl water 1 tsp baking powder 1 tsp fine salt 1 jar of LE CRU Tapenade A good cheese

Directions

All the ingredients are mixed well and rolled out on a sheet of baking paper. Gently cut through the dough and divide it into 12 equal pieces. Bake the crispbread for 15-20 mins at 200 degrees. Let the crispbread cool completely and then break it apart. Serve with a good slice of cheese topped with LE CRU Onion Confit. Tip: Also use LE CRU Fig and Walnut or one of our delicious LE CRU Tapenades

LE CRU sliders with beef - 8 pcs. Ingredients 500 g minced beef 2 tbsp LE CRU Spices Meat & Venison 1 jar of pickled red onions 1 jar of LE CRU Mustard 1 jar of LE CRU Mayonnaise Basil & Lemon 8 slider buns Lettuce as desired

Directions Mix the minced beef with LE CRU Spices Meat & Venison. Then form 8 small patties and fry them. In the meantime, warm the slider buns in the oven. Butter all the bottoms of the buns with LE CRU Mustard Tarregon and all the tops of the buns with LE CRU Mayonnaise. The sliders are assembled with salad on the bottom bun, and then beef, pickled red onion and finally the top bun. A toothpick is useful for keeping the sliders together.

LE CRU cabbage salad Ingredients 1 red pointed cabbage 1 handful of pomegranate seeds 1 tbsp Le Cru Glaze 1 handful of walnuts 2 tbsp Le Cru Honey 4 slices of goats’ cheese Redwood sorrel

Directions Cut the cabbage as thinly as possible and arrange on a plate. Pour the delicious LE CRU Glaze over the top. Grill the walnuts in LE CRU Honey until they are golden and put them to one side. Sprinkle the pomegranate seeds over the cabbage and then add the goats’ cheese. Coarsely chop the walnuts and sprinkle them over the top. Finish off by garnishing the dish with the redwood sorrel.

LE CRU pancakes Ingredients 3 large eggs 125 g wheat flour 1 pinch of LE CRU Sea Salt 1.5 tsp. baking powder 1.5 dl milk LE CRU Syrup Toffee 1 good handful of blueberries

Directions Start by separating the egg whites and yolks. Mix the yolks together with the milk, flour, baking powder and LE CRU Sea Salt. Beat the whites until stiff and fold them gently into the yolk batter. Then fry the pancakes for a couple of minutes on each side. Arrange them on a plate and pour LE CRU Syrup Toffee over the top. Finally sprinkle a good handful of blueberries on top.

LE CRU bruchetta with goats´ cheese and confit Ingredients 4 pcs. of roasted bread 2 tbsp LE CRU Confit Fig & Walnut 12 ounces of goats´cheese 1 pear 1 tbsp LE CRU Honey A handful of walnuts

Directions Roast the walnuts on a heated fryingpan in LE CRU Honey and put aside. Cut the pear in thin slices and put them on the pan together with the remaining LE CRU Honey from the walnuts. Roast the bread, and spread LE CRU Confit on it. Add some good goats´ cheese on top. Garnish with the caramelized pear slices, chop the roasted walnuts and use them as topping.

LE CRU roast potatoes Ingredients 2 kg organic potatoes 3 tbsp LE CRU Olive Oil 3 tbsp LE CRU Spices for Potatoes & Vegetables

Directions

Wash the potatoes thoroughly and cut them into bite-sized pieces. Then boil them for 10 minutes. Drain the potatoes and place them in a deep baking tray, lined with baking paper. Pour the oil over the top, and then sprinkle with LE CRU Spices for Potatoes & Vegetables. Place the tray in a preheated oven at 220 degrees for about 35-45 minutes.

Tip: The roast potatoes taste extra delicious when served with one of the fantastic LE CRU Mayonnaises
