Pro AV excellence celebrated at 17th Inavation Awards

The industry will be out in force at the Inavation Awards

On 31 January, the industry will gather to celebrate the best

of the professional AV industry. The stars of international AV integration will be out in force when the Inavation Awards, powered by Inavate magazine and ISE, take up residency at MNAC, the National Museum of Catalan Art in Barcelona.

The Inavation Awards are probably the most established awards programme across the global AV integration industry, catering for the international community of pro AV integrators, consultants and end-user customers, as well as manufacturers and the distribution channel. Since 2007 the awards have consistently highlighted the best people, projects and companies in the industry. This 17th edition will bring together the very best in AV for a high-end evening, providing guests the opportunity to relax, network and celebrate during ISE 2023.

Inavate magazine’s Group Publisher & Director of Content, Anna Mitchell, commented: “We are delighted our 17th annual awards programme is being staged at the MNAC, continuing our close partnership with ISE.

“We can’t wait to meet with our ever-growing membership of decision-makers and ISE attendees in such grand surroundings. Whether you’re a finalist or not, this is one of the best networking opportunities during ISE.”

Second-release table and seat tickets are now available; prices are fully inclusive of all costs on the night.

The 17th Inavation Awards take place at the Museu Nacional d’Art de Catalunya on the evening of Tuesday 31 January. For further details, and to be part of this special event, please visit www.inavationawards.com.

Friday 3 February – Sunday 5 February, Poblenou district

Llum BCN: A vibrant spectacle of lights

If you’re looking for a technology fix after ISE 2023 closes, we suggest a trip to Barcelona’s Poblenou district, approximately 10km north-east of

the Fira. Here the streets will come alive with light for the Llum BCN light festival, which takes place from 3-5 February. Spanish and international teams of established and emerging light artists will present installations that will transform the urban space within Poblenou. Large modern buildings, old industrial buildings and chimneys and even vacant plots of land will become backdrops to works that will “challenge preconceived visions of what urban space can be through the veil of light”. Local schools of art, design, lighting and technology will also participate in the festival.

Running across the three evenings, the festival is expected to attract 200,000 spectators. Access to the event is free of charge. ISE is pleased to be a sponsor of Llum BCN.
