TAITRA, the organizer has continuously hosted “Int’l Seminars on Design Trends and Retail Expansion” for three years which had returned by popular demand. The organizer invited the editor and creative direction/Marco Trends of WGSN from London, Cher Potter, the president and CEO of 100% Inc in Japan, Nobukuni Tsuboi, the deputy general manager of Shanghai Toyohya Home Fashion Co., LTD, Samuel Wang and the inaugurator of Taiwan Mobile App design co., Mr. PM to share their experience about developing in the competitive market. Here are few tips. Mr. PM dressed that first, to be more enthusiastic about reaching people online

and sharing stories to attract more customers. Second, there should be a story behind a brand or a product, and this will enhance your marketing power. Finally, because network societies make information more easy, users are getting smarter then ever before. Mr. Nobukuni Tsuboi, spoke on the value of product design. He pointed out how valuable it is to insist making unique and high quality products since consumers would rather pay more for these premium items. Mr. Samuel Wang pointed out that there

are many exhibitions and displays in China, but the ventures can spread the power of the brand after these exhibitions. Since Chinese consuming power is rising, the threshold of brand building is higher. As such the marketing matrix has to be planned more comprehensive to benefit the brand spread.
