============================================================================== Five easy steps are given below to help you to put and remove your contacts easily: ==============================================================================

Step 1: Wash hand clearly: Wash your hand, ensure that your hands do not carry any germs, dust, makeup, oily things or anything which will irritate your eye. Wash them with plain soap, rinse well. Always put your contacts before makeup. It will prevent you to transmit unwanted things in your eye.

Step 2: Start with same eye: Start with right eye if you are right handed or left eye if you are left handed. It is because your lenses are identical like your shoes. So don’t interchange. If you always start with the same eye, then it will be easy for you to avoid this situation.

Step 3: Scoop the lens carefully: Put the lens from the box in your palm along with its liquid. Carefully touch the lens with the middle finger and smoothly clean with the liquid solution. Take extra solution if needed. Pour the solution from hand. Then place the lens on the index finger. If the lens looks like a half circle and its edges are upward, then it is ready to insert in your eye.

Step 4: Hold your eyelid: With your free hand hold up the eyelid. With another index finger, which holds the lens lightly touch your eye. It will automatically set with your eye. At the first time, your eye may get a tear.

Step 5: Blink your eye: After insertion blink naturally. Then it will completely adjust. If you feel that you cannot see clearly or the lens is moving up and down while you are blinking then remove it. And try again.

============================================================================= That’s all. Removing is much easier than inserting. Simple steps are: =============================================================================

Step 1: Wash your hands clearly. Step 2: Hold up the eyelid. Remove from the eye first which you insert first. Step 3: Lightly press under the iris with thumb and index finger. The lens will get loose. Pick up it. Step 4: Put it in your palm. Wash with the solution. And keep in the box.
