New A-Class: experience the Entry Luxury of Mercedes-Benz with Autotorino

An undisputed leader in its segment, the A-Class has conquered the market with a modern, sporty and elegant line and interiors that set new standards in design and functionality. The highly anticipated 2023 restyling redefines the Star's Entry Luxury concept, making luxury an everyday experience, declining it as sporty elegance, performance and superior technology. The new events are extraordinary already from the engines, now electrified and with four-cylinder units with 7- or 8-speed DCT automatic transmission. As a mild hybrid, New A-Class is equipped with a 48-volt auxiliary electric system that supports with 10 kW more power for cueing, and the new belt-driven starter motor (RSG) improves comfort by restarting with less vibration. At first glance, the A-Class is distinguished by energy and dynamism: forward-sloping hood, two powerdomes and steep "shark nose," radiator grille with star pattern, and wheels up to 19 inches. The exclusivity is also reflected in the interior, where the highlight is the standard dual independent screens, with a 7-inch and a 10.25 display compatible with the latest generation of MBUX. The interior architecture creates a bright and distinctive setting, reminiscent of the night lighting of a futuristic building. Also futuristic are Mercedes-Benz's ambitions: with its Ambition 2039 strategy, it aims to launch a fleet of zero-emission cars and vans starting in 2039 and encourage the use of more sustainable materials, as is already the case with New A-Class whose seats are upholstered with recycled fabrics.

Even in its AMG sports version.

A-Class is even more exciting in the AMG 45S 4MATIC+ and 35 4MATIC versions, recognizable by AMG grille with vertical slats, powerdome hood and AMG badge to enshrine the sporty nature. Inside, contoured AMG Performance seats anticipate the racing spirit and promote correct driving position and firm lateral support. A-Class 35 AMG introduces for the first time a mild hybrid engine, for 10 KW more power than the previous model, and a new 8-speed dual-clutch transmission; 306 hp power and 400 Nm torque are confirmed by "exuberant" chivalry. The AMG 45S version in the 2023 version, however, is not electrified; its engine, signed by Affalterbach engineers, develops 421 hp of power and a maximum torque of 500 Nm. And what better setting to explore this new paradigm of "Entry Luxury" than driving along the fascinating Lake Como shore, a destination for the jet set and elite international tourism, with a test drive accompanied by Autotorino consultants from the Luisago (Como) branch?
