Fraser’s Restaurant opened in 1993, with executive chef Chris Taylor at the helm. Since these early days the restaurant has won numerous awards, and Chris is considered one of the top chefs in the state. Chris consistently supports the use of local WA produce and follows a philosophy that allows the produce to speak for itself –
