Things to know: All summer programs are now half-days! 7:30–8:30 a.m. | Early drop-off ($25 Fee) 8:30-11:30 a.m. | Morning Programs (Magnificamp, Enrichment, Athletics) 12-3 p.m. | Afternoon Programs (Magnificamp, Athletics) 3-4 p.m. | Late pick-up ($25 Fee) Lunch: Supervised lunch time is available to girls enrolled in both morning and afternoon camps in the same week. Please pack a nut-free lunch. Family discount: A 10% discount will be offered to families with more than one camper. Camp nurse: There is a summer camp nurse available daily. Attire: Participants will receive a Magnificat t-shirt. We suggest everyone dress comfortably and wear sneakers. Registration: To register visit magnificaths.org/summer When registering your child please use her grade level for the 2018-2019 school year. We reserve the right to cancel any camp or program.

Magnificat Summer Enrichment Program days will be structured like a typical day that a Magnificat High School student would experience. Magnificat offers an individualized learning environment for each and every student. ARE YOU READY FOR THE CHALLENGE? Each Enrichment day will end with a special event or presenter that encourages girls to interact and build positive relationships!

Magnificat Enrichment participants will explore three subjects every day. The days are structured on a rotating class schedule similar to a typical day of a Magnificat student.
Week 1: June 11-15
CRACKING THE CODE WITH HYLAND SOFTWARE. Learn to code using computer programming skills and problem solving. S.T.E.A.M. IN ACTION! FUN WITH PRIMITIVE PHOTOGRAPHY. Create beautiful pieces of art using light, objects, and photosensitive material. CREATING INNOVATORS. Design products from common materials while integrating design technology.
Week 2: June 18-22
EXPLORING THE C’S. Use creativity, critical thinking skills, communication, and collaboration to explore ecosystems. Come explore the seas and marine science! STEPPING INTO THE CREATIVE 21ST CENTURY. Explore art using various media to create interesting and unusual pieces! YOU’VE GOT THE “WRITE” IDEA! Create a showcase portfolio of creative writing pieces using different genres of writing.
Week 3: June 25-29
SNAP! BOOM! KAPOW! Learn the chemistry behind the natural phenomena of our everyday lives through experiments using tools and equipment. CALLING ALL ARTISTS! Make your portfolio stronger by creating beautiful and unique pieces of art. LIGHTS! CURTAIN! ACTION! Meet and learn from the professional directors and designers who work at the Magnificat Center for the Performing Arts.
