With the King’s Coronation set for May 6th, plans for celebrating are already being made and preparations for street parties and family get togethers are well under way. What a fantastic start to the year; all that’s needed is a bit of sunshine to make it a perfect day.

If you are a budding ornithologist, your assistance is needed to provide sightings of the swift. The population of these birds has fallen dramatically over recent years and your help would be greatly appreciated by Christchurch Harbour Ornithological Group to reverse this decline.
