HOW TO CORRECTLY PUT THE BRA ON?

Put the straps of the bra on each arm and lean forward slightly. Allow your breasts to sit in the cups.

Stand up straight and fasten the back of the bra on the loosest hook.
„Scoop� your breasts from under your armpit so that they all sit in the cups. Make sure that the underwire is perfectly around each breast, that it does not dig into or press the bust from any side.

Tug the bottom of the underwire with one hand while with the other the upper edge of the cup and jiggle to sides and at the same time pull it up. Make sure it is at the root of the breasts. Repeat these steps with the other cup.

Regulate the straps the same way so that they do not slide off the shoulders or dig into them. The bust weight is carried by the underband not by the straps.
Make sure that the underband fits and levels (it can be below this horizontal line yet never above it!).

Balconette It is offered especially for the low round neckline. It looks well under most of shirts (on condition that the texture of the cup does not distinguish itself from under the clothes).
Plunge It is excellent for low neck dresses and tops. It is highly recommended with low v-necklines.
T-shirt bra It is recommended under tight, light clothes or T-shirts. This type is ideal for tops and dresses where the lingerie is to be undistinguished. Excellent for formal situations eg. lingerie under office shirts.
Push-up It is perfect for situations when we want to optically enlarge the bust and expose the cleavage. It may be worn under various clothes, the most spectacular is with low neckline shirts and dresses.
Strapless The only bra which is ideal for off-shoulder shirts and dresses, or with very thin shoulder straps.

WHY IS IT WORTH WEARING SPORTS BRAS? There are more and more scientific data, which claims the frequent up and down bust movements taking place during physical activities may lead to tearing collagen fibers which comprise the breast skin. KAROLINA BIEL

We need to remember that during performing exercises it is not only the body that moves but also the bust. The breasts are a very delicate part of the body. Their main joining and supporting element are Cooper’s ligaments. The sudden lifting and raising of these ligaments leads to their deformations and damaging. Such changes might be permanent and irreversible. Fortunately, you do not need to quit physical and sports activity, which has a salutary influence on our health. It is just the matter of implementing the right care and make sure that you always wear a good quality of sports bra. As the old saying goes: prevention is better than cure. Currently there are various types of sports bras on the market. You can choose between models with underwire and without, padded cup or not, or even a push-up. The choice should be adjusted to the shape and the size of the bust, but also the type of sports you are intending to do. It is important the bra to be properly fitted as every woman is different, has different body and needs. This is why qualified brafitter’s help is so important. She will help you fitting the right size and type of a bra. Professional sports bra will not only provide great bust stability and support (up to 83%) and will guarantee full easiness of movement but also will give breasts the required shape. Currently, the sports bras are produced on the basis of various sports disciplines. They feature clipping and criss-crossing staps on the back or even regulating them at the front (special canals).
