The 1st floor has a reception, waiting lounge, cafe and pop-up gift store with the double story space becoming the focal point. The reception desk is a custom design, connecting concrete and reclaimed wood.

The 11th floor is the wine bar and a more cozy atmosphere with starry lights on the ceiling mimicking a real night sky. Ambient lighting, biophilla and a floral arrangement at the center of the square shared bar. SECTION - 11TH, 12TH AND ROOF

HABITAT BOTANICALS Retail Project 2020 Pop-Up store in West Chelsea displaying an organic skincare brand- Habitat Botanicals. This concept store uses repurposed wood and jute. Reinforcing the importance of being mindful to ones environment. The design approach is modular and clean allowing easy assembly and functionality.

CHECKOUT CAFE

INTERAVTIVE DISPLAY

RETAIL

SECTION

Jute ropes and elevated shelves help being the feeling of elevation and uplifting within the space. For this project the concept of elevation ties in two different activity spaces: Retail and Cafe. It also aligns with the mission of Habitat Botanicals.

The Mezzanine is the perfect location for a cafe space as it leads the customers to walk all the way inside the store and view the products. The cafe follows the same aesthetic as the retail store to keep the design harmonious. The floors and ceilings are kept white and simple as this is a temporary store.

CLOCK-TOWER APARTMENT Residential Project 2018 The Decorators Club Scholarship competition, designing an upscale penthouse apartment in Brooklyn, NY. For the creative director of Cirque Du Soleil. Trendy, luxury and artsy design, displaying his vast range of art and furniture collection.

1ST LEVEL The public space in the penthouse, the dining area can be converted into an open Ariel acrobat practice and performance space.

The client also collects art pieces, including sculptures and paintings. Many of those can be seen displayed in the views

2ND LEVEL The 2nd floor is the semi private space in the penthouse. 28’high atrium used by acrobats. A glass feature staircase and elevator running in the center of the house.

An open gallery space, displaying more of the collected artworks. Master bedroom covering 40% of this floor space. Also including 2 additional bedrooms.

CHROME HEARTS Retail Project 2019 This project focuses on 1250 sq.ft. shoe store in Macy’s shoe department. I chose to design a sneaker store to showcase the uprising trend of combining comfort and style. This sneaker store is targeted towards women from their early 20’s to mid 30’s.

CLIENT PROFILE Early 20’s, someone who loves street-style and fashion. Affordable Luxury.

MOOD BOARD Minimal use of materials with a neutral color scheme. Creating a sense of movement within the space.

CONCEPT SKETCH Creating ‘movement’ visually through step shelves that are held up by metal wires in the center of the store.

YOKOROKO Restaurant Project 2018 Yokoroko is a Japanese restaurant located in the heart of Chelsea market. This design represents a clean linear design with natural finishes. There is a beautiful stone bar at the heart of the restaurant and a cozy more private sushi bar, with low seating.

All the FFE in this restaurant references nature in some aspect, from the reclaimed wood furniture to the flooring, the stone bar and the stone feature on the walls. The bar at ambient lighting to create an atmosphere. The tables are movable, allowing change of seating arrangement.
