REQUIRMENTS The interior design is an extension of the architecture and landscape infused with the contemporary values of the Vivanta brand. Entering the lobby, guests experience no clear transition from outdoors to in, where they find themselves in an indoor lounge garden. In banquet halls, faceted walls fold up to the ceiling, enveloping guests in rhythmic portals. An abstracted Indian motif grafted onto a sound absorption surface aids acoustical comfort without being obtrusive.

DESIGN CONSIDERATION The design could set the standard for super-tall high-rise energy efficiency and become a model for climate-conscious development in China. The shape of the super-highrise tower is designed to reduce wind loads by facilitating air flow, while the serrated surface modulates wind pressure to avoid too much acceleration, saving significantly on structural material and costs. The fins also shade the glazing to avoid undue heat gain and provide ample surfaces for building-integrated solar panels. Building-integrated wind turbines embedded in the pinnacle supplement energy production and provide visual interest as kinetic sculpture for the winter garden at the tower’s peak.

The Design consists of 4 kinds of uses Residential, Commercial, Retail and Social Infrastructure. Residential use is zoned in the upper floors of the development and in other strategically located zones, where the views to the park could be maximized, noise could be reduced by the buffer of trees in the direction and achieving privacy was easier.

RIGID FRAME STRUCTURE The use of a rigid frame structure system consists of a composition of beams and columns. Column as a vertical element functions as a conduit for loads and forces towards the ground, while the beam is a horizontal element that functions as a holder and a medium for dividing loads and forces to the column. These two elements must withstand bending and bending. Its members can take bending moment, shear, and axial loads. DECKING FLOOR PLATES The choice of floor plates using decking is due to a stronger structure and faster construction work. PILE FOUNDATION Because this building is a 24-storey building, the use of the structure on the foundation does not use a continuous foundation but uses a foot plate foundation with piles. Piles transfer the loads from structures to hard strata, rocks, or soil with high bearing capacity.Pile foundations are principally used to transfer the loads from superstructures, through weak, compressible strata or water onto stronger, more compact, less compressible and stiffer soil or rock at depth, increasing the effective size of a foundation and resisting horizontal loads. DILATED STRUCTURE Dilation is the separation of structural systems. In this building, dilation is used between the rear composition and the front composition. The aim is that if a structural failure occurs, not the entire building can be affected. Separation is also based on different building forms. Dilation in this position is needed because there are differences in the module structure, where the right side is 8X8m and the left side of the module size is 10x16m.
