TA. Facade Design Moden semi minimalist design with minimal use of building material and design elements, a vetical stone wall deviding the TWIN Villas into two symmetric clones. Travertino stone with viene cut is used in the majority of the facade mixed with anthracite plaster paint and an aluminum sunshade shutters. 5

Facade Islamic design with homogeneous building materials, stone cladding for the main building and white paint for the islamic geometric patterns, sandstone wall cladding for the interior fence walls with green walls columns between cladding units, wooden entrance doors with brass motif, concrete paving with bazelt pebblestone in landscape areas. 9

Luxury Men's Majlis Statuario marble panels with a center pivot rotation from each other with a hidden cove light in between them, other walls is grey linear wallpaper wall covering, a navy blue velvet fabric is chosen as the main color tone, all other pillow is a complementary color tones to the main fabric, a golden melted golden mirror frame is catching the eye in the blank wall, floor is travertino classico porcelain tiles. 35

Modern Annex white ceiling with no level designs, only two linear light strips & an O shape cove light is used for this ceiling design, a light linear pattern wallpaper in combination with a stone wall, a statuario porcelain tiles used for the flooring, a dark grey rug complements the light grey fabric used for the sofas, a silver velvet curtain blackout provides a smooth transition between the window openings and wall design.

AA. Moroccan Majlis Muqarnas ceiling cornice, rough texture wall paint, wooden mashrabeya covered arched windows, oriental pattern cement tiles for flooring, clay planter boxes, engraved islamic patterns in copper & silver plates with some small china plates hanged on the wall, an Iranian floor red rug, a torques main fabric with oriental patterns pillows completed the overall look & feel for this amazing design.

SA. NeoClassic Majlis white ceiling with no level designs, only three ceiling rosettes & a cornice is used for this ceiling design, gypsum profiles wall panels with a chair rail of the same section profile, a chevron ash wood natural parquet used for the flooring, a navy blue rug complements the white fabric used for the sofas, a silver silk curtain blackout provides a smooth transition between the window openings and wall panels.

Industrial Majlis industrial style majlis with two black colored accent walls with a red bricks window wall, a blue tone center three seater sofa with orange and grey pillows, two leather arm chairs in one side & the opposing wall houses a gre y two seater sofa, two iron coffee tables with shipped paint wooden planks.

Men's Majlis one side ceiling cove light, ceiling design with three black painted 10 * 10 cm grooves with spot lights placed in side of them, one wide hight window with three sliding sashes, under the window is a 20 cm depth wall recess acts as a built in shelfing unit for decorative objects, a neutral color tones used to express manly vibes. 42

Luxury Majlis negative grey painted wooden wall panels, a center wall capitone with dark blue denim like fabric, herringbone ash wood parquet for flooring, beige and navy blue fabric is this "roche bobois" sofas, golden steel side & coffee tables is used to add a luxurious feeling for the space. 43
