Stability of a cycle comes from the inter dependency of keeping Balance, using body weight, and generating Harmony through the engine system including force at the pedals. I describe the motion of activity of a human body is similar to the stability of a running bicycle. To keep stability not only into physical structure but also into mental health a human being must keep balance by generating harmony of activity and break.

outer surface of the fitness center, I added a screen pattern for introducing Rhythm of balance and harmony to focus my core concept into the building mass. But the question comes, “where is it needed and how is it needed ? “
Defused sunlight will insert into the inside through the screen.

The screen also pass the air according to the correct rule. Screen will invite fresh air and the gape between roof and wall will become the extinguisher. Thus the airflow will remain in the living zone.
