Smartfilm An advanced LDPE-based material developed by Mainetti. M-film Air Smartfilm allows us to produce thinner polybags without compromising performance. This is the simplest and most straightforward green initiative as less material is consumed right at the beginning of the manufacturing process. M-film Air Smartfilm retains all the advantages of LDPE in terms of clarity, ease of heat sealing and level of slip. In addition, it also achieves greater tensile strength, which delivers similar benefits to MDPE/HDPE.
Recycled Material Bags with recycled content are becoming increasingly popular and are ideal for the ecoconscious consumers. Recycled materials can be returned to the supply chain. All of our M-film Air recycled materials go through a stringent selection process and we strongly advocate for the introduction of more recycled materials in the production process.
