Our 'Retail-Ready' headwear cries out for embellishment, whether it's a screen printed logo, embroidered slogan, fashionable appliqué, or personalised transfer image. The good news is that all of our products are specially developed with these decoration processes in mind.
We’re always looking to improve our products and we are constantly responding to evolving customer requirements and market demands. Our TearAway labels do just that, answering directly to the growth of the re-branding market.
Fabrics are tested for compatibility with the most popular printing inks, embroidery threads and transfer papers. Seams are positioned to give maximum scope for branding and creative expression. Finishing details are selected to complement and never impede surface decoration. Take the new B465 Chunky Ribbed Beanie whose cuffed design is optimal for effective decoration, or the new B610c 5 Panel Contrast Snapback, with its seamless front panel for uninterrupted embroidery and print.
The TearAway labels comprise a front ‘sheet’ with brand, style and address information. This is made from easy-tear fabric and can be removed in seconds to leave an unbranded 'Retail-Ready' product. Behind this front sheet are additional sewn-in sheets made from traditional satin‑type label fabric. These sheets provide fibre composition data (in 23 European languages), as required by EU regulations, and care instructions by way of internationally recognised care symbols. Look out for the TearAway logo, which appears next to every product carrying the labelling system.
