W EL C OM E Welcome to Aroma Coffee and Chocolate Festival. This year marks Maitland’s 9th annual celebration of winter comforts, featuring some of the finest coffee and chocolate from around the region. This year’s program invites you to discover the wide range of food, stalls and activities on offer. Wander through over 80 stalls to discover delicious food, coffee, chocolate, beer, wine and a range of gourmet goodies and artisan products. Be sure to check out the art installations, or take a break in one of the festival’s lounge areas, riverside picnic area, or laneways whilst enjoying live music from the Crema Stage and roving performers. Learn the latest trends in coffee and chocolate preparation and uses at the Flavour Stage, featuring live demonstrations presented by TAFE NSW and local chocolatiers, baristas, roasters and chefs. For a more hands on experience, register for one of the three daily cupcake making classes at The Workshop, hosted by TAFE NSW, or pop into The Rocky Road Lab to create your own custom rocky road delight, adjacent to Babychinos kids café area.
Please note that sales of alcohol for consumption at the event will cease at 3.30pm each day, however takeaway alcohol sales will be available until 4.00pm

Presented by TAFE NSW, The Workshop is perfect for those keen to try things first hand. Guided by expert teaching staff, participants will learn piping skills, decorating tips and tricks, flower modelling and up to date presentation techniques to create their own extreme cup cake.
Rocky Road Lab Make your own unique custom Rocky Road creation. Hosted by Cake Craze, the Lab lets you get creative with a wide range of ingredients to choose from to make the ultimate Rocky Road, just the way you like it. Participation is free!
Participants must be 16+. Participation is free, however spaces are limited. To register for a session, visit the TAFE NSW stand located adjacent to the Flavour Stage. Session times (both days):

Babychinos Kids Café Located next to the Rocky Road Lab, the kids café is a fun space with table top games and seating for kids. Free Painting Classes Get creative painting the picturesque Hunter River using the most delicious mediums of coffee and chocolate.
