New arragment of the space, conjuttion of kithen and living room, enlargment of the bathroom(conjuction of bathroom and toilet), creation of a large wardrobe and toilet for cats located in the cabinet in the bathroom. Create more open-plan flat.
Colour palette Gray scale+white+neutral nature with red and black accent. Parquet marbau based across entire flat(exluding bathroom) for colour consistency to obtain efect of tract. Kitchen and bathroom cabinets fronts in high glossy veneer. Bathroom with a distinct combination of red and balck.
Apartment 1076.4 sq.ft Concept New,functional arragment of the space, conjunction of kitchen and living room with fire plae,creation of the new space between bathroom and bedroom; Create massive bespokoe wardrobe in bedroom. Floor in the apartment in one material for effect of smoothnes of the track.
Ergonomic design Residents are two different heights, male is 209 cm and female is 160 cm. I had to adapt tracks, kitchen, bathroom for two oposite specifficatons.
