Egina Project: An Example of A High Impact Capacity Building Project ● Employment: 24 million man-hours worked in Nigeria equivalent to a workforce of 3,000 persons on average for 5 years;
High Impact: Infrastructure; Fab yards; HCD; etc
● Training: over 560,000 man-hours of HCD training ● Infrastructure: construction of several large-scale new Fab yards , including Africa’s first FPSO integration quay, ● Production: Addition of 200,000bpd into Nigeria’s production ● Skills Transfer: On facilities integration & commissioning June 7, 2020

NOGaPS –Nigerian Oil & Gas Parks Scheme • NCDMB is establishing Oil and Gas parks that will serve as manufacturing hubs in each of the Oil producing States in Nigeria • The parks are located close to gas corridors, power plants, water ways etc. and will be operated on a shared services model which will enable low cost of operations • Two (2) of the parks located in Emeyal-1 (Bayelsa) and Odukpani (Cross River) have reached advanced stages of development • 25 megawatts independent power plant (IPP) is being constructed in partnership with the Nigerian Agip Oil Company (NAOC) to supply electricity to the park in Emeyal-1
