Stage 1: Concept Boards This will form an over-arching feel for your home, giving consistent styling and design throughout. It will set the tone for each of the individual rooms and give a long-term vision for each space. You will receive a booklet consisting of a concept board for the overall look and feel of your home and then one board for each individual room that needs decorating.
Stage 1: Floorplan Proposal You will receive an initial Floor plan proposal. Giving an overall feel for the layout of each room and general aesthetic. This will enable conversation between you and I on the flow of the room and which furniture items are needed. This will form the basis of fixtures, fittings and furniture selections enabling us to move forward to more technical aspects. This floorplan and model is refined as the process continues. It is given in a video format.
Stage 2: Furniture / Fixture & fitting suggestions I use an online cloud based system that allows you to approve or decline every element of the design in your home. Including: Furniture, Home Accessories, Lighting, Soft furnishings, fixtures & fittings.
Stage 2: Furniture / Fixture & fitting suggestions Each item has a description, dimensions and multiple images.
Stage 3: Mood Boards & Visual Elevations Based on Furniture selections, I will curate each room and give you a visual representation of how this will look and feel as it is put together. You will also receive physical samples of all material samples used on the project. This includes: -
Flooring Tiles Paint Colours Wallpapers Upholstery fabric samples Window dressing fabric or material samples Metallic finishes
Stage 4: Technical Floorplans You will receive final technical floorplans and elevations with the exact measurements, for the fixtures and fitting selected. These can be used to pass on to tradespeople or for you to do yourself.
Stage 4: Technical Floorplans - Side elevation
Technical Models & Elevations Technical drawings and models are created for bespoke work. Exact measurements are given for builders and tradespeople. Alongside these drawings a list of materials and finishing requirements is given, as well any material samples in order to create something truly unique.
