JP is an Arizona native who grew up working at his father’s cabinet and countertop business He loves to solve problems while maintaining a high quality of craftsmanship.

JP holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Arizona and most recently worked as a shop superintendent teaching physical and digital fabrication processes to design students at ASU.

We have received approval to proceed with pre-construction services for a boutique hospitality development titled Oxido.

The current estimated project budget is $14M.

The current design includes a livable area of 8,800SF with an estimated total project cost of $13.2M.

We are in the schematic design phase of reimagining a new entrance, living room and office area for this Scottsdale home.

In this mid-century Phoenix residence renovation, we are proposing to reorganize the interior spaces to take full advantage of the private shaded patio to the north of the unit. Raising the roof and creating generous openings to the north will dramatically transform this house, offering plenty of light and views to the outdoors.

The primary project scope is to add new modular lighting and walnut to the celling to help warm up the space. We are also reworking both the hardscape, landscaping and pool. The house was originally designed by David Hovey Sr.
