KASHGAR RENOVATION Description The planning is on the analysing base of Kashgar main city with an idea of stopping this historic city from declining from what used to be an oasis to now gradually rigid stereotype of modern developing city mode.This plan focus on two aspects:one to revive the unique cultural landscape of locality,two to rennovate the historic apartments.Both of these two approaches aim to sustain the flowing of old town spirits and better the old city to future crash and conflicts of modern culture inundates.

The spur-dike is a common important building which is usually used in river course improvement projects, controlling river trend, bend protection, beam attack sand and high water levels

Wenshan City Park

Description The site of concept plan of Wenshan city park locates in Wenshan city, Whenshan province, Yunnan, which is outside the Huanbei 3rd road and at the point of Kaihua north road and 210 provice road. The southwest part of the site is Longtan village and Xia dam, and the eastnorth part is surrounded by Tangzi village and Shangmudi river. A branch of Panlong river runs across the site.

Reconstruction of Xian Tanghua Spinning Town

Description The site locates in between Chan river and Ba river in the south part of Xian city,Shanxi,China.It was surrounded by rail ways and city highway,but the connection with Xian main district is poor.Thus, the plan is based on the whole slow traffic system to focus on pedestrian and bicycle circulation to connect different city function areas,relate different nudes of city open space.With Spinning Box as embodiment standing at open square,the plan recalls people's memory of the once spinning town site,refletcs the spirit of places. In city area,neighborhoods,citizens and travelers can slow down and enjoy luxuries brought by this multi-functional area like neighborhoods service,wandering,light pinning culture exhibition,art workshops and innovating art bussiness.

It is a buffer place in between apartments and lake area.It is supposed to create a natural place for different users in the neighborhoods,to enrich their daily activities to set them free from daily busy city life.Also,in response to the lake it is adjacent to, the design guides people to get close to water.
