about MKS Sokolivsky Dairy Plant LTD (MKS) was built in the Kirovohrad region of Ukraine in December 2012. At present, it is the plant with the newest and the most up-to-date equipment in the country.

product quality The company facilities include a modern production laboratory. The integral part of the production process insures continual quality control at all stages — from purchase of raw materials to receipt of finished products by the customer. During production process the laboratory professionals perform product sampling for quality inspection on an hourly basis. Thorough control of the production process enables maintaining high quality, as well as ensuring that the customers receive fresh and nourishing products.

Sokolivsky Dairy Plant LTD produces private label goods for Ukrainian and Russian counterparts as well as counterparts from other countries. Today we produce goods under private labels for the main Ukrainian retail chains: ATB and Auchan andalso for counterparts from more than 10 countries.

Special Edition is more cost-effective in comparison to the products existing on the market: production time – shorter; finished product output volume – higher; confectionery products – more delicious; shelf life – longer; sustained quality – guaranteed. Why not butter? Dairy butter gives way to Special Edition in terms of price, end product volume and labour to output ratio (Special Edition whipping time is 50% shorter).
Products for industrial output MKS specialists have created products with production properties equal to those ones of pastry margarine and consumer properties corresponding to those of butter. Special Edition is unparalleled in the market Special Edition product is manufactured using specially developed technology. Production experience, modern laboratory and scientific resources have contributed to creating a unique product. Each Special Edition batch undergoes a full cycle of laboratory testing, including manufacture of a finished product batch subject to testing.

Product specification Sokolivsky Dairy Plant LTD offers 8 types of product with different total fat and milk fat. Our blended butters and mixtures are healthy high quality products. Their main features are a delicate creamy taste, soft texture, combination of milk fats and vegetable oils benefits. Our blended butters may be used as standalone products, in sweets, chocolate, ice cream, bread production, meat and dairy industry.
By customer request MKS can add various aromatics and flavorings to the products. In addition, we can enrich the product according to your order.
