SITE AND CONCEPT EVOLUTION The site is located in Abu Dhabi between Mussafah industrial area and Mohammad Bin Zayid residential area. Both locations support the idea of a farming community. The site is surrounded by multiple districts such as residential, commercial, and industrial. It has direct accessibility to the sea, and by means of future transportation, a close by metro station will be placed minutes away through walking, and direct taxi ferries will reach the site from Abu Dhabi city center.
