ALATAU HOUSE FAMILY RESIDENCE WITH STUNNING VIEWS MEETS MODERN INTERIORS AT THE FOOT OF MOUNTAIN ALATAU IN ALMATY, KAZAKHSTAN

alatau The Ground Floor plan begins with the small entrance hall and continues to the most public space - living and dining rooms separated with light stylish interior partition. The main area opens out onto the patio that is exposed to the private property of the backyard. Floor-to-ceiling windows allow lots of natural light in the room. Main area followed by kitchen and utility rooms
The bedrooms are tucked away on the second floor. There is also a library/game room on the floor. A place that feels relaxing, where you can sit with kids or friends, do yoga, a place you can watch your kids play, to work or escape to close your eyes.

Alatau modern mountain home was custom designed, for Laura her husband Yerken and their four kids. It is located in the northern foothills of the mountains Alatau, Almaty, Kazakhstan. Set on a sprawling 10000 sq ft property, this fabulous home was designed to maximize views from every angle, featuring Alatau mountain range and the Peaks Kumbel and Panorama. Spread out two levels, there is 6000 sq ft of sumptuous living space.

The interior of Alatau House combines a muted color palette, natural textures and materials (marble, wood, leather, marble mosaic on right side of the staircase) and the unobstructed view of the location.
Entrance Hall Interior and Perspectives
It was important to family to be part of the design process since clients really had a strong sense of what they wanted. The Design style was deďŹ ned as modern from step one also the color scheme to be muted neutral colors. Materials & textures: linen, leather, suede, oak.
The main goal was to design Family Home to be comfortable, exible and user-driven right down in details. The common areas are designed with inviting and adaptable sitting space to accommodate gathering, entertainment or exible working space in addition to the desk area in each bedroom.

COLECCION ALEXANDRA Finest Spanish furniture Coleccion Alexandra new agship location in Astana, Kazakhstan creates a new retail experience for architecture and interior experts along with all interior connoisseur. Through the integration of Art, technology and handicraft the create bold and contemporary design aesthetics. The goal of showroom was to attract, inspire, educate and build relationships with members and community for a lifetime of Coleccion Alexandra high-end interiors and focus on store experience rather than products along.

Building/Floor Plan. Exterior Elevation Nested in the north-east corner of a new multi-tenant, twenty storey building in the center of Astana, Kazakhstan. Coleccion Alexandra Design House exterior features big windows facade, which attracts passerby and reveals modern, high-end interiors. The 3500 sq. ft showroom designed to provide exceptional store experience. Double height ceilings allow areas to feel spacious. The layout include ďŹ fteen different exhibition areas along with entrance, reception, conference room, employee break area, restrooms, gangway and small warehouse.

Coleccion Alexandra
Entrance / Interior Elevation HIGH-END FURNITURE AND INTERIOR ACCESSORIES DESIGN HOUSE Entrance area made of glass to display maximised merchandise exposure and informational sightlines. Customers are greeted by a larger than life display featuring transitioning campaign, graphics and storytelling moments, as showroom’s exterior facade does not include traditional storefront display windows. Reception immediately following the entrance area. The showrooms fixture layout accounts for appropriate traffic flow, while enlarging the square footage dedicated to furniture and exposition display. The left and right wings of the building were nominally divided into traditional and modern interior styles to provide more holistic picture and connection between exposition areas.

Finest Porcelain & high end Italian Porcelain Home Accessories boutique Villari. Villari boutique creates a full of light, cozy, moody ambience interrupted by airy architecture and artful lightning. This festive setting brings high-end residential style into a commercial space. Over 40 bold floral patterns mingle with rigid, angular architecture of “Keruen� mall to create a structured, yet organic interior in Barocco style. It spread out on 1080 sq ft of opulent commercial space in the biggest mall in the center of Astana.

Entrance Display / Layout
Front wall made of glass as storefront display windows with maximised merchandise exposure. Villari boutique is laid out to required adjacencies, efficient traffic flow and information sightlines, while enlarging the square footage dedicated to the exposition display. Since entering in the showroom customers immediately find themselves in the middle of Baroque style living room with a couple of dining areas.

The store’s fixture layout accounts for appropriate traffic flow. Left and right hand side walls got integrated racks to maximise merchandise exposure. Custom fixtures, constructed of natural and industrial materials, provide a simple yet rich foundation for the display of products.
