Dear AIESECer! I am extremely excited to be writing this letter to you because it means that time for next generation of UUB executive body has come. Being on an LCP position for 6 month, I can confidently say that this experience is the most challenging, the most intense and the brightest one for me. I am deeply sure that personal growth is essential thing for every person. I think that the primary mission for anyone in this world is to fulfill his own potential. AIESEC is a perfect platform for this, LCP – is a perfect position for this. Why? Because of challenges. Every day, numerous activities, meetings, talks that LCP is being involved in bring some challenges, give some food for thought. And right now, being right in the middle of my LCP term I see how large the gap, the positive change, between me 6 month ago and me NOW is. So before going further, ask yourself: Do you really want to develop personally and professionally, developing other people at the same time? Do you really want LC UUB to be leadership provider for Kyrgyz youth? Do you want to get the most intense, yet the most challenging experience in AIESEC? If your answer is yes, nothing can be a barrier. Believe in you, Malika, LCP UUB 15-16
