This model of home co-ownership was recently established in Europe, but already has a successful track record in the United States. It is also becoming increasingly common on luxury yachts and private jets, where it has proven to be a very beneficial system in all aspects.
The co-ownership model is an attractive investment strategy, as you own a part of the company that owns the property and benefit from the revaluation of the property market in Mallorca. You can always sell your shares to a third party.
Each owner is allowed to use the property for more or less weeks depending on the owned number of shares.
