The Venue
Nestled in the stunning Trevaunance Cove, The Driftwood Spars offers unrivalled flexibility as a wedding venue. The Spindrift room is a beautiful, modern, spacious room bathed in natural light but still with plenty of character and charm. By contrast our cosy fishing loft, complete with log burning stove is perfect for small intimate affairs. Or why not take a look at the Library for a more studious affair.
Food We believe that the food at you wedding should be as unique as you both are. Our food is sourced locally and uses simple ingredients of the highest quality. The Chefs at the Driftwood Spars delight in creating tailored menus that reflect the couple perfectly.
Why St Agnes?
St Agnes is a beautiful Cornish village full of contrast. From the top of the beacon with unrivalled views of the North Coast of Cornwall, down to the village centre, full of independent shops, art galleries and cosy places to re-charge your batteries. Trevaunance Cove is found at the end of a wonderful wooded valley. The village itself is easily accessible from the A30 with rail services and airports also close by.
Accommodation
All of our rooms at the Driftwood Spars and en-suite and many of them benefit from glorious views over the Atlantic Ocean. There are 15 rooms in total including family rooms and every stay includes our famous Driftwood Spars breakfast.
For the adventurous, St Agnes based Coastal Rush, offers surf and coasteering lessons, whilst Aggie Arts can run bespoke jewellery or fascinator making to give your party a creative edge.
Stag &Hen parties
For a pre-nuptial party with a difference, The Driftwood Spars is the ideal choice for both Stags and Hens alike. Our award wining onsite brewery offers brewery tours and tutored beer tastings. Iain, our bar manager, is a wine expert and also runs wine tasting sessions.
