After the rapid expansion of this concept and driven by his passion of sharing French food to the world, Mr. Le Duff created various restaurants and bakeries, such as Pizza del Arte, La Madeleine, Le Fournil de Pierre, Bridor de France, and FB Solution. Bridor commit to monitoring of energy consumption, water management, recovery of all recycled waste, packaging from recycling facilities, optimization of raw material delivery (in bulk or big bags rather than in regular bags), choosing suppliers for raw materials and development of eco-design.

Bread 面包 Our SELECTION OF BREADS is a harmonious assortment of varieties of pre-stone baked breads, designed to meet the needs of the hotel and catering industries, perfect for breakfasts, bread baskets, buffets and sandwiches. All breads are made using traditional French flour, slowly kneaded and fermented over many hours to develop pronounced, natural flavours. They offer an artisanal appearance with regular, open cuts, a creamy-coloured crumb with irregular aeration, and an even, well proportioned shape, a sign of careful preparation, and a generous but not excessive size, a guarantee of controlled proofing. Frédéric Lalos MOF Baker Award - 1997 Frederic Lalos is a baker who is passionate about his work and enthusiastic about tradition - a real artist. He constantly strives for excellence in his work, and this resulted in him receiving the French Craftsmanship Award when he was just 26 years old. His staying power and constant search for perfection led him to work in several great establishments, from Lenotre to the Hotel Matignon. In his search for excellence, this inimitable craftsman has been able to bring a sense of nobility back to French Baking, notably in making traditional loaves fashionable once again. Uunderstanging the specifities of sourdough 认识酸面团的特别之处 Delicate know-how resulting from a natural chemical process, sourdough bread brings a natural acidity developed through long-fermentation process but also more aromatic flavors. Created by a rigorous combination and resting time of fermented fruit juice and wheat flour, the levain gets enriched along years.
