Building A, which was previously occupied and rented by Roku, is now utilized to become part of Netflix workplace real estate.
Built in the early 2000s, the building was in a need for a renovation and facelift. This will include an overhaul of finishes in the whole entire buildings, an expansion of the breakroom, and the relayouting of work place system furniture.
The client wishes that there be as minimal of structural change to the existing condition as possible.
The design team has to then be thoughtful and mindful to work with the current existing conditions of the buildings. Systems furniture will have to be placed around existing floor power cores and that any major demolition is to be minimized as much as possible.

The Cafe will draw inspiration from the idea of “Glasshouse Garden”.
The design will feature greeneries and plants. This will create an ambience of calmness and nature.
The design will also feature glass facade that will resemble a glasshouse. This will allow natural light to saturate the interior.
The Finish palette will bring the nature out of the space.
Planters and Greeneries promote a sense of Comfort
To convey the concept of glasshouse garden, planters are incorporated into the design of the space.
