7 Sundays: Ballhandling Bootcamp

PGPTR Trainers or PGPTR Host Coaches take girls through a phenomenal workout each Sunday. The sessions last 60 minutes. The workouts are held every Sunday for 7 Sundays. This series engages, enriches and educates an up-andcoming basketball rockstar. Workouts will mimic college style pre-season workouts. Each session helps improve Basketball IQ, develop leadership skills and add value to their game If the participant comes consistently and is open to the information she will improve

The Ladies’ League was developed for elite athletes ages 16 & up. To continue to grow as a competitor is important and this program allows young women to be among the greats to become even greater. The PGPTR League consists of 6-week league play and a double elimination tournament to crown a League Champion. All registered teams must have at least 8 players with a maximum of 10 All league games are held on Sundays The PGPTR Championship Tournament is held in May

According to the Women's Sports Foundation, girls who participate in sports learn “important life skills such as teamwork, leadership and confidence.” Girls involved in sports are more likely to complete high school and college, be active in their communities and become CEOs.
