Management for Design are pleased to advise that we have partnered with Consult Australia to undertake the Consult Australia Practice Performance Survey (PPS).

Consult Australia’s Practice Performance Survey (PPS) is a secure, user-friendly, automated survey tool. With more than 40 metrics available, it allows firms to benchmark their performance against their peers and competitors and to select KPIs based on tailored segmentation. This includes: geographical regions; revenues; number of employees; utilisation; gross margins; net profits; and working capital investment days.

The PPS also highlights operational inefficiencies and identifies expense and performance indicators, which are shown in concise graphs. This assists management to strategically plan the growth of their business and take corrective action, if necessary, to address areas where performance has fallen behind the industry average.

To participate in the Consult Australia PPS, your firm must be a member of Consult Australia.
