NATIONAL ENVIRONMENT YOUTH PARLIAMENT 2022 Code of Conduct
General Guidelines: There are many established parliamentary customs and conventions which a member elected for the first time has to make himself / herself familiar with. Such customs and conventions are given below: ● ● ●
Every participant should, while coming to the parliament, bring with him/her the identity card. Flags, exhibits or emblems should not be produced or displayed on the floor of the House. The participants should be seated at the venue 15 minutes before the scheduled time.

The Participants should not converse amongst themselves as to disturb the proceedings of the programme. The participants should not leave the programme immediately after they finish their speeches. The Participants should respect the decision of the Jury Members. The Participants are advised not to wear expensive jewelry / smart watches The Participants will not be allowed to carry mobile phones/pen drives/laptops/expensive gadgets/smart watches inside the Pride Committee Hall. The Participants should maintain throughout the event and exhibit best of their behaviors.

Check List: ● Aadhar Card ● Another ID Proof apart from the Aadhar Card ● Two passport Size photographs ● Vaccination Certificate ● No-objection Certificate Dress Code for Delegates For Boys ● Formal trousers and formal shirt with bandhgala jacket. ● Kurta (below knees) and ethnic pants. ● Pagri/ Safa is allowed as cultural representation. ● Formal shoes in black/white/ brown color For Girls

Plain Saree with Border (Light/Sober colors) Indian Traditional suit with dupatta (sober colors). Sleek Jewelry, if to be worn. No dangles and bangles. Light makeup to be worn. No nail paint/nail extensions. Hair to be neatly tied up. Flat footwear (ballerina preferably) - Black/ Brown/ White.
