We can’t wait for the 2014 season, and I’m sure that you’ll notice a few changes as you walk around the concourse. Another off-season, another round of improvements and updates to one of the best facilities in all of Minor League Baseball. As a Season Ticket Holder, you will continue to enjoy amazing fireworks displays after each Friday night home game, and our Sunday games are preceded by autographs and followed by an opportunity for all kids 12 and under to run the bases. MY OKC REDHAWKS ACCOUNT MANAGE YOUR ACCOUNT ONLINE Your “My OKC RedHawks Account Manager” is a one-stop location for all online account management. Make deposits and payments, renew your season ticket package, track ticket usage and update your profile -- all from your own personal online account. To get even more out of your season ticket investment, take advantage of our electronic ticketing capabilities, which allows you to email your season tickets to friends and clients free of charge. We think you’ll find innovative ways to use all of your tickets at “My OKC RedHawks Account Manager.” (You will need Adobe Acrobat to download the tickets.) ACCESS YOUR PERSONAL ACCOUNT Step 1: Go to okcredhawks.com and select “Account Manager” from the “Tickets & Promotions” drop-down menu. Step 2: Login to your personal account with your account number or email and password. Step 3: Start managing your tickets! EMAIL YOUR TICKETS You can send your tickets to anyone you would like, even up until two hours before game time, via ticket forwarding. This service allows you to email tickets to friends, family or clients when you can’t attend a game. Step 1: Login to “My OKC RedHawks Account Manager”. Step 2: Select the tickets that you wish to send. Step 3: Enter the recipient’s information. Step 4: Select “Forward”. It’s so easy — you don’t even need to have the tickets in hand. Avoid the hassles of overnight and in-person delivery and start enjoying the benefits of this service. How it works Each of your season tickets carries a unique barcode, ensuring its authenticity. During this process, the barcode on your original season ticket is canceled and a new one is issued electronically. Once you have forwarded your tickets, the original tickets are no longer valid and will not be accepted for entry to the ballpark. The recipient is emailed a new ticket with a unique barcode via TicketFast™ that can be printed using a standard printer. WHAT IS THE FEE? The RedHawks cover all of the fees associated with this service for our season ticket holders. Ticket forwarding is FREE (no charge at all) for all RedHawks season ticket holders.

TICKET INFORMATION AND POLICIES ACCESSIBLE SEATING Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark meets the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements for handicapped seating. If you would prefer accessible seating, please advise your account representative. EMAIL TICKETS In case of last minute changes in plans, season ticket holders have the option to email tickets to clients or friends (see page 4).
GROUP TICKETS Let us help you create a group outing for your company, family, friends, business, church, school or organization. We have options for groups of 10 or more, but seating is limited. Call your account representative to schedule your group outing today. Group tickets, Entertainment Suites or Legends rentals, and the Devon Energy Deck may be reserved with a 10% deposit.

LOST OR STOLEN TICKETS Please treat your tickets like cash and always keep them in a safe place. The Oklahoma City RedHawks are not responsible for lost or stolen tickets. In the event your tickets are stolen, please file a police report. Send us a copy of the report and we will issue replacement tickets. Additionally, excessive heat can damage tickets; please do not leave them in your car. RAINED OUT GAMES The Oklahoma City RedHawks will make every reasonable attempt to complete each and every home game. However, in the event of a rain out in which (5) innings have not been completed (4 1/2 if the RedHawks are leading), your ticket can be exchanged for a ticket of equal or lesser value for any future regular season game during the same season and is subject to availability. RESALE OF TICKETS RedHawks tickets are the property of the Oklahoma City RedHawks and may not be sold or distributed. Attempted or actual resale or distribution of tickets at any price is prohibited. RedHawks management reserves the right to confiscate any tickets being sold or distributed. SEASON TICKET HOLDER GIFTS Vouchers for guaranteed giveaway items are included in your season ticket package. They can be brought to the Sonic Customer Service Booth behind section 113 during RedHawks games to redeem your giveaway item so that you do not need to wait in line at the gate with the general public. Please contact your account representative with any questions. THE LAWN The Lawn is the grass area beyond the outfield fences. General admission seating is available in this area for all games. Blankets and back supports are welcome, but please note that lawn chairs, umbrellas, tents, or inflatable chairs are not permitted. TICKET EXCHANGES – CLUB MEMBERSHIP Club Members may exchange tickets in accordance with the regular season ticket holder exchange policy. Both tickets and access to the club level and Diamond Lounge are subject to availability. For an individual game, access to the Diamond Lounge for exchanged tickets is limited to the number of regular season Club Membership tickets owned. For example, if four Club Membership season tickets are owned, up to four exchanged club tickets may be granted access to the club level and Diamond Lounge for an individual game. If more than four Club Membership tickets are exchanged for an individual game, only four exchanged tickets will be granted access to the club level. Again, all ticket exchanges are subject to ticket availability and available capacity for the club level. It is not uncommon for weekend games to reach capacity early so please plan ahead when possible. If the club level is at capacity, best available field seats with club level and Diamond Lounge access will be provided. OKLAHOMA CITY REDHAWKS

TICKET EXCHANGES – FIELD AND TERRACE SEATS Season ticket holders may exchange unused season tickets for tickets of equal or lesser value to any game during the 2014 season, subject to availability. Tickets may only be exchanged once. Exchanges can be processed during regular business hours at the Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark Ticket Office. It is suggested that all ticket exchanges be processed in advance of the game date for which the tickets are being exchanged. Please contact your account representative with any questions regarding this process. TICKET EXCHANGES – LEGENDS MEMBERSHIP Legends Members may exchange tickets in accordance with the regular season ticket holder exchange policy. Both tickets and access to the Legends Lounge are subject to availability. Additionally, please note that the Legends Lounge is only open on Fridays and Saturdays, as well as select Thursday and Sunday games. If you wish to exchange Legends Membership tickets for a game that the Legends Lounge is not open, $10 Hawks Cash (redeemable for any food or beverage in the ballpark) per seat will be provided in place of the Legends Lounge buffet. TICKET POLICY FOR CHILDREN Any fan two (2) years or younger does not need an individual ticket, provided they sit on an adult’s lap during the game. WILL CALL WINDOW & TICKET OFFICE HOURS The Will Call window is located at the Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark Ticket Office on the west side of the ballpark off of Mickey Mantle Dr. During the season, the ticket office will open at 10:00 a.m. Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. on Saturdays with RedHawks home games, and two (2) hours prior to first pitch on Sundays. Will Call will remain open until the start of the 7th inning. The Ticket Office will be closed on Saturdays and Sundays with no RedHawks home game.

GROUP TICKET INFORMATION GROUP SEATING: Group seats are located throughout the lower seating bowl, and include some of the best seats in the house. Tickets start at just $6 per person, and the best field seats are just $12 each. All groups will receive a limited edition RedHawks hat for every person with a ticket, and will receive a scoreboard message during the game on the center field video board. PICNIC AT THE PARK: Add an allyou-can-eat picnic package to any group seats. For just $12 per person and the purchase of a group ticket package, you’ll receive unlimited food, including draft Pepsi products, iced tea, and lemonade, for two full hours beginning when gates open. DEVON ENERGY DECK: Groups of 40-60 people can rent our private, openair party deck in prime home run territory near the visiting bullpen. The Devon Energy Deck includes limited edition RedHawks hats for everyone with a ticket, as well as a scoreboard message on the center field video board. Tickets are just $18 per person and require a $100 deposit to reserve the space. Catering options are available.
GROUP MINIMUM The group minimum is 10 tickets for all group areas. Please contact your account representative for more information on the hospitality areas listed below, including ways to customize your package.
NIGHTLY LEGENDS RENTAL: Looking for a unique location to host your group in a private location away from the general public? Look no further. Our luxurious Legends Lounge is available for nightly rental on select nights and includes field seats along with your air-conditioned, relaxing concourselevel lounge. Tickets start at just $22 per person, and everyone in your group will receive limited edition RedHawks hats. Catering and beverage options are available for purchase.
ENTERTAINMENT SUITES: Perfect for corporate meetings, employee incentives, or simply a fun family celebration, our Entertainment Suite experience will no doubt suit your needs. Suite rentals start at $800 and include tickets for 20-60 people. All suites include air-conditioning, leather furniture, and a flat-screen TV, as well as limited edition RedHawks hats, a scoreboard message, and two (2) parking passes. PROMOTING MY OUTING We can assist in providing you with flyers to distribute to your group or posters to hang up in your office, break room, or lobby. HOW DOES THE PAYMENT WORK? A 10% or $100 deposit is required to hold group seats or a hospitality area for a specific game. The balance is due 30 days prior to the game date. BOOKING MY GROUP To ensure you get the date you want and the seats you want, we recommend booking your group as far in advance as possible. As a RedHawks Season Ticket Holder, you are considered a Preferred Group Buyer and have an opportunity to reserve your group outing before the general public. Simply contact your account representative with any questions or to reserve your group today. PARKING You can purchase parking in advance for just $5 per space. Parking is limited and is based on availability. FUNDRAISING PROGRAM Our fundraising program for groups is easy and rewarding. Simply select the date and ticket package that works best for you and your group. Then we’ll re-price the ticket and your organization will keep the difference. We’ll even print the new cost on the tickets for you! CATERING OPTIONS Hawks Cash is sold in $5 increments and can be used at any of our concession stands. They are the same as cash at Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark, and can be purchased at the Ticket Office or through your account representative. Please keep in mind that no change is provided for Hawks Cash.

A-Z GUIDE TO CHICKASAW BRICKTOWN BALLPARK ATM There is one ATM in Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark, located inside the Johnny Bench Gate behind home plate and section 110, directly across from the Ticket Information Booth. AUTOGRAPHS Player autographs will be available on Sundays in the RedHawks Team Store and on the first base concourse. Availability begins when gates open and ends thirty minutes prior to game time. EARLY ENTRY – ENTERTAINMENT SUITES If your party is in an Entertainment Suite for a RedHawks game, be sure to talk to your account representative regarding early entry to the ballpark. Whether it’s for a corporate meeting or presentation or to decorate for a birthday celebration, it’s just another perk that we offer our suite guests! ELEVATORS There are two elevators at Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark. The third base elevator is located next to the stairwell across from sections 105-106. The first base elevator is next to the stairwell across from sections 113-114. ENTRANCE GATES For your convenience, there are three entrance gates to Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark. The Mickey Mantle Gate is located on the west side of the ballpark behind third base, the Johnny Bench Gate is located on the southwest corner of the ballpark behind home plate, and the Warren Spahn Gate is located on the southeast corner of the ballpark near right field. Gates will open one hour prior to the scheduled game time. FAMILY RESTROOMS There are family restrooms available for your convenience behind sections 100 and 109, as well as in the picnic area beyond center field. The club level also has a family restroom on the third base side. FIRST AID If you are in need of medical assistance, please contact the nearest medic, police officer, or RedHawks employee, or visit the Sonic Customer Service Booth behind section 113.

FOUL BALLS Each guest assumes all risks and danger arising from the action of the players, coaches, and officials on the field, before, during, or after the actual occurrence of the event. Such risks and danger include but are not limited to being injured by objects such as bats, balls, bases, helmets, and promotional merchandise which are thrown, batted, kicked, shot, tossed, etc. from the field, bullpens, dugouts, photographer’s wells and other areas on the stadium grounds. Guests voluntarily agree that the management, facility, city, league, participants, participating clubs, and all of their respective agents, officers, directors, owners, and employees are expressly released by ticket holder from any claims arising from such causes. You may keep any foul ball you catch as a souvenir of your night at Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark. The RedHawks are not responsible for any injury caused by a foul ball or other debris. GUEST SERVICES The Sonic Customer Service Booth is located on the concourse behind section 113. LOST & FOUND Found items will be taken to the Sonic Customer Service Booth. To claim a lost article, visit Customer Service or call the RedHawks at (405) 218-1000. MERCHANDISE The RedHawks Team Store is located on the main concourse down the third base line behind section 103.
PEDDLING OR VENDING The peddling or vending of merchandise or printed materials at Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark or surrounding grounds is not allowed. The Oklahoma City RedHawks must grant written permission for these activities. PLAYBALL! GAME DAY PROGRAM This free game program is available upon entrance to the ballpark and features rosters, team statistics, a scorecard, and other exciting information about what’s going on at Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark. RE-ENTRY If you must leave Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark during the game, re-entry is permitted. Anyone leaving the ballpark intending to re-enter must have their ticket. Upon exiting, a gate attendant will scan your ticket. When re-entering, an attendant will re-scan your ticket. SMOKING Smoking is not allowed in Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark. This includes all forms of smoking, including but not limited to cigarettes, cigars, vapor cigarettes and electronic cigarettes. Smoking areas are located outside of the Warren Spahn (right field) and Mickey Mantle (third base) entrance gates. TRESPASSING ON THE FIELD Anyone trespassing on the playing field will be ejected and subject to arrest and prosecution in accordance with city and county law.
PARKING Parking is available in the Red Lot, across Joe Carter Ave. from the southeast corner of Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark and the Warren Spahn Gate.

Mickey Mantle Dr, Oklahoma City, OK, 73104. MAJOR LEAGUE AFFILIATION The Oklahoma City RedHawks are the Triple-A, Pacific Coast League affiliate of the Houston Astros.
SPEAKERS We can send you a RedHawks speaker, and it won’t cost you a thing. We want you to know all about us, our first-class ballpark and how we make Minor League Baseball fun for all ages. DRIVING DIRECTIONS AND PARKING DIRECTIONS Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark is located in the vibrant Bricktown District immediately east of downtown Oklahoma City. (The home plate entrance is at the corner of Reno Ave. and Mickey Mantle Drive.) Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark can be accessed from I-40, which runs east-west beyond the southern border of the property. It can also be reached via nearby Interstates 235 and 35. Parking is available in surface lots and Bricktown garages surrounding the ballpark. FROM THE NORTH Take I-235 to the 6th Street exit. At the end of the ramp, go straight and you’ll be on Walnut. Take Walnut several blocks south, over the historic bridge, to Sheridan, Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark will be to your left. FROM THE SOUTH Take I-35 toward downtown and follow the signs to I-235 north. Proceed north, through the interchange with I-40, and prepare to exit at Sheridan. Go straight at the light, following Sheridan two blocks west to Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark. FROM THE EAST Two options for fans arriving from the east: 1. Take I-40 toward downtown Oklahoma City, then follow the exit for I-235 north. Stay in right lane and exit almost immediately at Sheridan. Follow the ramp until you get to Lincoln Ave. Go straight, traveling west, two blocks until the ballpark and lots are in sight to the left. 2. It’s also possible to take I-40 past Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark to Robinson Ave. Turn right on Robinson one block to Reno. Go right on Reno, past the arena and under the railroad tracks until the ballpark appears on your left. FROM THE WEST Take I-40 to Shields. Continue on the Shields exit ramp making a left towards downtown. Go straight traveling north about 5 blocks until you reach Reno Ave. Turn right on Reno and go roughly three blocks to the ballpark. RED LOT Parking is available in the Red Lot, across Joe Carter Ave. from the southeast corner of Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark and the Warren Spahn Gate. Please be advised that space is limited in the Red Lot.
