When I first heard the phrase, I thought that they might exist as a result of a return. As I have done more digging I have found that they are indeed Amazon's version of these same exact discount codes. Amazon.com usually reveals new promo codes on a monthly basis, but they can be hard to find. These savings codes can be for entire categories, like books and electronics, or simply for free shipping. You can apply your offer code when you are about to pay for your items at Amazon.com. At checkout you will be prompted to apply any discount codes that are applicable. Claim codes normally have these stipulations: 1. They can only be used once per household. 2. They can only be used on items sold by Amazon.com. 3. They cannot be used for special-order titles, e-books or other downloadable electronic content, gift certificates, gift wrapping, taxes, shipping and handling charges or taxes. 4. If the offer has a minimum purchase amount, the same services as in #3 would not be applied to the minimum purchase requirement. 5. If you are shipping to more than one address, the promotional code will only apply to one of the resulting orders, since a separate order will be produced for each address. 6. Usually only one claim code can be used per order. Sometimes in the Toys and Baby Stores multiples offers can be applied. 7. Each code is offered for only a limited time and expire on the day specified. 8. Offer codes cannot be used retroactively on an order already placed. 9. When an item is returned, the customer is not reimbursed for the value of the offer. As you can tell, Amazon promotional claim codes have the same stipulations, as other discount or
savings offers. The next time that you shop at Amazon.com remember to look for these special offers. They can be found at your favorite "deals" forums or groups, by searching on Google or Yahoo, by looking at YouTube or other video websites, by visiting your favorite shopping blogs, or by placing a search for them on Amazon.com.
