Warli paintings: Ancient Indian Folk Art



Warli paintings are one of the ancient Indian folk art. The Warli name comes from a tribe of the Maharashtra that has the same name. According to some historian these Warli paintings date back to the Neolithic period from 2,500 BC to 3,000 BC.
