As a destination wedding photographer based in Pittsburgh, Mariah Treiber loves making people happy by retelling stories in a romantic and moody way. During her first ever couples photography session with a client, she knew she was in the right profession when the client cried after seeing the photos because of how well Mariah had captured ‘them.’ That became Mariah’s No. 1 goal: to retell people’s stories, whatever they may be. While there’s a lot of pressure to keep up with trends, especially in the wedding industry, Mariah strives to be a different kind of photographer and wants couples to be themselves. Mariah believes it’s OK to break some rules and be unique, especially when it comes to tapping into your personal story. She hopes you come out of your session or wedding day even more in love with your story because of the way she helped you tell it.
