NATIONAL REALTY CLUB KICKS OFF 2023 WITH LUNCHEON
The National Realty Club (NRC) held its first networking and educational event of 2023 with a luncheon at Midtown's trendiest restaurant, bar and speakeasy Sei Less. The day's guest speaker Daniel Vitulli, group national partner in charge of the real estate group at Marcum LLP, discussed current trends and future opportunities in sectors including retail, office, residential, hospitality and industrial.
The event is the first of many planned for the newly reinvigorated NRC, which was founded in 1947 by real estate legends including Harry Helmsley, Irving Schneider, Alvin Schwartz, Aaron Gural, David Rose, Irving Mann, Lawrence Wien and Jack D. Weiler. Today, under the direction of Jeffrey Mann (Irving Mann’s son), the NRC is again providing opportunities for real estate professionals to gather to exchange information about trends, network and make deals.

Atco Properties & Management has renewed three current office tenants — SimpleBet, Electra Information Systems and All Nippon Airways — for 17,477 square feet in its Midtown properties.
Global sports betting technology innovator Simplebet renewed its full ninth floor lease for 8,732 square feet at 373 Park Avenue South. At 381 Park Avenue South, Electra Information Systems recommitted to a 4,494-square-foot space on the 14th floor for an additional five years. At 630 Third Ave., All Nippon Airways is relocating to 4,251 square feet on the fifth floor.

Innovo Property Group (IPG) has topped out The Borden Complex, a mixed-use industrial and film studio complex at 23-30 Borden Ave. located in Long Island City, Queens, New York. The development broke ground during Summer 2022 and is expected to wrap construction in Spring 2024.
Upon its completion, the Borden Complex will be a multi-story, mixeduse development set to feature both Class-A industrial and purpose-built film studio space. The building features a vertical parking structure that will provide direct access to each level as well as truck courts and onsite parking.
777 Partners Takes Penthouse Offices At One Madison Avenue
JSM Music, a global commercial music production company, has expanded into 10,500 square feet in the penthouse of the Club Row Building at 28 West 44th St., JLL announced. The company will use the space for commercial music composition, recording, production, mix, post-production and sound design.
JSM represents some of the world’s most influential brands across all digital, broadcast, film, television, live experiential and mobile mediums. The company, which had seven commercials during Super Bowl LVII, has received more global industry awards than any music production facility in the world.
LITTLE CAESARS SIGNS 10-STORE RESTAURANT DEAL TO EXPAND IN NYC
Little Caesars signed a 10-store restaurant agreement to expand its presence in New York City. Veteran multi-brand franchisees Suhel Ahmed and Saurabh Desai signed the deal and will develop 10 Little Caesars restaurants in the Bronx and upper Manhattan by 2026. The first opening is set for late 2023.
Primark To Come To Queens Center
Macerich has confirmed that value fashion retailers Primark and Zara are coming to Queens Center in New York City. Primark will occupy 54,562 square feet of multi-level space at the enclosed center,
