LIVING IN A TOWER

This project consists of a mixed-use building, mainly for residential use, but with the first levels destined for mixed commercial use, with commercial facilities and open public spaces for the development of different activities and also of large scale. The building is divided into two towers connected by a base for common use for residents. The towers offer 100 residential apartments, with 15 different typologies according to the needs of students, for single, double or group use. There is also a typology for couples or families. Half of the height of the towers has fully common spaces for the development of different activities to generate meeting spaces and breathing spaces for residents.

C.R.I.S. HOSPITAL

The challenge of creating a rehabilitation center that would generate the sensation of being in a spa. Taking advantage of the coast line to offer spaces for rehabilitation, therapy and rest of the user, decentralizing the facilities of the health area of Limón to cover the demand of the services of this area.

The project has 6 volumes connected with a central bridge and internal gardens.

1: Public commercial: pharmacies, food stores, and medical equipment.

2. Medical therapy clinics: individual and group.

3. Therapeutic pools, gyms and auditorium.

4. Individual rooms and leisure spaces of the boarding hospital

5. Shared rooms of the boarding hospital

6. Therapeutic swimming pool.

T R I - TOWER

Is a commercial and residential building, made up of two cores, a commercial one with four levels, of which three are food establishments and the fourth level is a large terrace that welcomes the social environment. On the other core, the university residence, is constituted by six levels; in the first one its commercial and in its interior is the administrative area and the reception, in the second and third level are the apartments type "cohousing" that are constituted of 4 rooms, with capacity for 2 people each one and that share common areas. On the fourth and fifth levels are the individual/couples apartments, which have a mezzanine. Both cores are connected by bridges with views to the outside, as well as with vertical circulation with a visual in its interiors.

PALOMO’S HOUSE

The vacation house is located in Palomo Orosi, Cartago. It is directed to a multifunctional family conformed by the parents, a son, a daughter and the grandmother; who wish this house as a space of break and rest and from the city, where the children can study and also where everyone can carry out social activities with their friends.
