Mansi Shivhare is a third year under graduate architecture student at Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, India. Born in India in 1999, arts and drawing interestes her since childhood. The artistic development appears like the most natural choice. After completing high school, she got selected to purse Architecture at the best Architecture College in India, the Indian Institute of Technology. She firmly believes that architecture is about ideas and drawings, about resolving problems and creating solutions. In her opinion architecture represent an instrument to meet the desires of the people, the idea and try to become more functional and aesthetic device for the people, a device which presents itself in harmony with the environment and with the existing buildings that characterize it. The proposed site is in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. The school shall provide a comfortable, secure and inspiring environment for the students. the greatest challenge is to design an area that fosters a positive pedagogical environment for children. Facilities like library and canteen are included.

Type: Academic Project Location: Uttrakhand, India Climate: Cold Site area: 7500 m2 This studio project aimed to design an Astronomical Wonders Museum and Skywatching center. The proposed strategic site is located on a hilltop in Kausani, Uttrakhand, India. The tourist, both national and international, will come to this center for exploreing astronomical wonders, tradional depiction of solar, lunar and other planetary systems in Indian mythologyy and literature along with its international counterpart, information about the development of astronomical science through ages, recent space missions and research findings in India and abroad will be the prime display elements apart from the main activity of sky watching.

These activities refresh club users and help them to combat daily work stress and unpredictable challenges of life. In today’s urban life of rising work tension and interpersonal alienation, this community club helps in positive tuning of our physical and mental set ups. A wellness Center is also a place for encouraging Physical and Mental wellness of general mass. Here, the activities target both physical and mental fitness of the users with the additional benefit of strengthening social identity and pride.

Type: Academic Project Location: Uttrakhand, India Climate: Cold Site area: 7500 m2 Livable Spaces should always reflect the right ambiance for the desired functions. It’s not only the assembly of mere structure, fenestration or supportive services but the space design should be qualitatively appropriate to include a psycho physical comfort, enlivening phenomenon with positive energy inputs among its users. The problem statement is to design a space where you can live and interact with your roomie, best friend to share your activities and feelings. The space has to designed for living and interaction accordingly following the liking, thoughts and philosophy blended with the personal priorities of the residents.
