Welcome to this year’s magazine highlighting the winners of the Bulletin Readers’ Choice awards for 2018. It is our annual contest with some of our winners dating back to 2011. Our contest is voted on and selected by you and all the other readers of the Manteca/Ripon Bulletin, both in print and online. I
n the less than four years since its first model home Grand Opening in 2014, River Islands has grown and succeeded in ways that not even Project Director Susan Dell’Osso could have anticipated. This year alone, River Islands will be the home of nine new neighborhoods, representing some of California’s best home builders, architects and design teams.
