This is a corporation sponsored project. All units flaged with defecincies would be repaired simultaniusly in full coordination with the property management team.

REQUIREMENTS:

• This project is sponsored and paid for by the building’s corporation

*We do not cover third-party inspections. Based on the findings from the maintenance project, a detailed plan is laid out.

This approach relies on the proactivity and the initiative of the homeowners. To encourage maximum participation, a limited-time offer is presented to homeowners along with educational pamphlets so they can make informed decisions.

BUILDINGS AGED BETWEEN

10 - 15 YEARS OLD WILL BE APPROACHED WITH CARE AND CONSIDERATION.

Based on all HVAC system manufacturers, this is the mark where homeowners should start considering new retrofit solutions as the fan coil/heat pump units reach the end of their useful life.

CORPORATION SPONSORED RETROFIT REPLACEMENT PROJECT

Since all fan coil units were installed around the same time, all fan coils will reach the end of their useful life around the same time. This places the high-rise at an alarming level of risk. Replacing all fan coil units at the same time comes with a grand array of benefits. Action plans, specs and prices are offered based on the engeneering team specifications and executed by our experienced profesionals.

• These projects tackle each riser at a time, this allows for replacements of main shut off valves and other necessary HVAC plumbing upgrades which can only be obtained by draining the main risers

In-suite HVAC is mostly a homeowner’s responsibility, yet most homeowners do not have access to proper knowledge to understand these systems and how to care for them.

We empower home-owners and property managers by sharing information in a simplified yet logical manner.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Educational plans can be offered in two ways:

SMALL GROUP SETTING:

In this option we aim to have a small and intimate approach. A dedicated team is set up in a designated area ready to answer questions and share information. This can be scheduled for specific days with different times to allow more home-owners to participate.

TOWN HALL MEETINGS:

Our dedicated team would join the residents at a party room, share an educational seminar and answer questions.
