Eyewithin is a visualisation of the lived life that is painted while written does not give enough depth of expressions like a image does and says thousand words. The painting take you on a visual trip down with the Eyewithin, projection of the state of mind and being; journey through the unknown and the unseen that presents the life of lived.
These paintings depicted in this book are of a very turbulent time of the painter growing up life and the desperations to capture the state of being through any style necessary, without prior experiences. On reflection, those growing up trials and tribulations are not dissimilar, however, how the dissimilar is interpreted through life experiences form the individual's perspectives. The imagery used are of our daily life for many in the west but differ around the world and while the perspective maybe subjective, messages of that are dissimilar; love, pain, heartache and betrayal.

Peter Fox is a painter and printmaker whose work is different from that of most other artists for whereas theirs seems to belong to the world of studios and galleries, his seems to grow from some substratum of myth and rough magic quite outside the currents of his time.
Ever since my early twenties I wanted to visit and explore the magical place of Banyan trees, Temples, deities, colour, architecture, festivities, Tigers, Monkeys and Elephants. These are just a few offerings that tell the story of India.
